Not very happy with the turn around time, 10 days for a part is way to long to leave someone waiting ,then when the part came in it was the wrong part . We had to wait another 6 days . I just hope the washing machine has no issue !
After an jnitial consultation, I paid $1800 for the technician to order new parts. Two weeks later he came back and not only was he not able to fix the problem with our oven, he broke the oven door. Two weeks from there, I called to check in on the status of our problem and the person I spoke with said our issue could not be fixed and that we would be issued a refund - about six weeks from our first call! Now I am still waiting to receive our refund. The language barrier between myself and everyone I spoke to from this company is also very challenging.
There was ZERO Drama. The stackable washer/dryer was fixed in days, a competitor forced me to wait nearly 6 weeks for the same issue, at twice the price. I was notified within 30 min of their arrival so everything happens as promised.
Ramin did an awesome job, he was efficient and invested in leaving the dryer in great condition after a major breakdown. I would definitively trust him the next job.
Paul, the technician, was competent and pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the company repaired the refrigerator as soon as the replacement part arrived.
The company communicates via text message when a technician is dispatched to your home.
I highly recommend their service.
It took far too long, 16 days. (8/10 thru 8/26). Cost far too much $710. Repairman on two different occasions misinterpreted the diagnostic blinking light codes. I have one of two parts installed that I suspect was not needed but I paid for.
Came to the house very quick to look at my washer and communicated thru the process since the part had to be ordered.
their technician showed up on time, I explained the issue I was having with the washer. He spent the next 30 minutes online looking for a solution rather than using diagnostic equipment or using his knowledge. He eventually said my drain pump was bad but he didn't have a replacement with him. He gave me the part number and told me it was just 2 screws and 1 wire and was easy to replace. I ordered the part, put it in, just 15 minutes. I ended paying $85 for bad advice as there was no difference after installation. Same problem. The technician used the Internet to diagnose the problem. No knowledge of what he was doing. I sent them a response but they never took the time to respond back. Don't let the 4.9 rating fool you as it did me. no knowledge of what they are doing.
The service tech, Adem, check the lines. He was able to tell me what as needed, no longer available, and n approximate cost for the repair. Based on that information, I was able to make my decision.
The dryer "works" but not as good as it did before but I guess it's fixed because the smell gas/burning smell isn't as strong, but still present.
Also, the technician first denied any smell after repair. And it wasn't until I left an awkward silence and deep tare until he admitted it did. He did, then said, it will go away in a few days. On day two and still smells like burnt/gas, but I want to I want to honor the agreement.
I let the company that the technician agreed to come back for free to fix it, it still smells.
The company ran into a challenging repair with my dishwasher. They sent Elmir out twice and replaced the faulty parts and successfully completed the repair.
The technician was outstanding! Diagnosis of the problem was quick and complete. Troubleshooting allowed a lower cost temporary fix. Final solution was well explained and quote was furnished promptly. Final installation was clean, efficient, and well done. Will make Uktrafix my first call for all appliances repair!
Technician with very bad customer service. Also, please provide your technician with the internet service for their phone rather than asking for wifi passwords. However, there was no decency when asking for it either.
The technician Gasham did excellent work. He was fast, efficient and was very professional interacting with me.
First of all, UltraFix is a fraudulent company, and you should stay away from them! Here is our brief story with them:
We had bad experience with them fixing our washer and refrigerator. On 5/13/24 technician named Orik came to fix our washer. The problem was simple: the drain was not draining. Later, another technician told us the solution was straightforward—just changing the drain pump, which costs $50, plus $50 for labor, totaling $100.
However, Orik, a charlatan and fraud, told us the problem was with the Smart Board, which costs almost $500, plus another $500 for labor, and, of course, the drain pump. The total cost, with taxes, was $1177.00(will attach the receipt for confirmation). We paid $374.5 upfront.
We also needed to fix our refrigerator, and the same thing happened. Orik claimed the refrigerator was completely gone and needed a new compressor and other parts, giving us an insane price. Later, we found out it only needed the defrosting relay adjusted, but we never proceeded with the repair with UltraFix.
Back to the washer: after fixing everything with another company, I contacted the UltraFix manager, explained the whole story, and initially, he apologized and promised a refund. But he did nothing. Only after I called him over 20 times, with a different excuse each time, did he finally agree(only After I promised him to take it to the Court) to refund me fully—IF I changed my 1-star review to 5 stars, which is absolutely illegal! I refused.
Finally, after more than two months, he sent us a partial refund check. They charged for both the washer and dryer service fees, $85 each, and I had to call another company to fix it. Despite telling him the technician was committing fraud, he refused to act. Therefore, the entire company is fraudulent because they knowingly employ a fraudulent technician.
By the way, all the previous reviews I checked are fake. They are not real people; just made-up reviews. I reported this to Google and complained to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) about this entirely fraudulent company. I invite you to check BBB for yourself, I was surprised to find complaints over there that I should know before doing business with them.
I am impressed with the professionalism and outstanding service of this company. Ultra Fix Appliance Repair came out last minute, when other companies couldn’t, quickly diagnosed my appliance problem, and fixed it quickly when the parts arrived.
The repairman cleaned the inside of the dryer, but did not clean the lint off the filter.
