Thankfully the guys at Coffs Harbour, NSW were open during the Christmas holidays and were able to take our vehicle after the wrong fuel was put in. Big ups for the communication and explanations.
I don’t generally like to complain but I am making an exception this time in the hope this situation won’t happen to anyone else.
We arrived to pick up the car and upon leaving noted the fuel tank was below empty with the fuel light on. We got to the main intersection with the Highway at a set of lights and just after getting a little way into the intersection the car died. In my mind that is a safety hazard, with potential severe consequences. Thankfully the car started again and we were able to get to a fuel station on the other corner of the highway. If we had needed to travel further it’s very possible we wouldn’t have made it.
I don’t believe mechanics are responsible for putting fuel in my vehicle. However, considering they had had to drain all the fuel as part of the work required, either a phone call to advise that we needed to bring fuel or an extra $10 on top of the over $3000 bill would have been highly preferable, as opposed to running out within a few kilometres.

WOODVILLE NORTH did a great job of my car service, also excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Huge thank you to Redbank Plaza Ultra Tune. Stopped there this morning on way to Toowoomba for help with issue in car that had only just developed a few kilometres up the road. Guy on duty this morning (Saturday 15.01.22) was so helpful in getting us back on the road and on our way in no time. There was no delay and nothing was too much trouble. So appreciative! Highly recommend.

Utterly disappointed with the service and attitude that we received. The clock spring was broken when they replaced out steering rack and they refuse to fix it or even attempt to find a resolution.

Helpful, knowledgeable,competent, plus straight forward fair pricing. It doesn't get better with a mechanic.

I rang Ultra Tune in Glen Waverley to ask about getting my car checked, it was 12pm. I was told to come by at 2pm. By 5pm my car was fixed and parked in my driveway. Professional and honest mechanics. Highly recommend to everyone.

Really Disappointed can’t get the actual issue fixed
My husband drop car to fix engine light on issue and servicing at Clayton centre but they do car servicing without fixing the engine light issue. They just remove it and didn’t fix it. When we ask them to fix issue, they suggest to book another appointment when engine light comes on again.

Very disappointed with the service.

My day started off pretty terrible today with a breakdown on my way to work in Cheltenham. Until I contacted the mechanic at Ultratune Moorabbin airport!
He put me in touch with a towtruck driver that could bring my car in. And even though they were very busy managed to work out the problem and even find a replacement special bracket that had snapped for my quite old car. He had my car fixed and back on the road by the time I finished work at a very reasonable price!
The service I received today was fantastic, very professional and caring. I will now be getting all my future services done at Ultratune Moorabbin airport.
Thankyou for turning a pretty bad start to the day into a massive relief!

Mt Barker ultra tune are freindly and exceptional people, i landed a flat tyre on SE freeway with 4 young children late in evening.

And Mt Barker Ultra Tune buisness closed at 5.30pm, but still made time to drive to location of break down after hours to provid assistance after hours.

I ask all locals or passer by to support this buisness in anyway as they are locals, and we need more of these buisness in the community that give back.

Bad attitude. I asked if my car could be plugged into because I have an engine light on and get a price how much it would be. Just got nope to busy

My wife and I got a flat tire on New Year’s Day! I called every tire company I could find on the south coast with no luck until Tony answered his phone! Tony came into work specifically to get us our tire! Can’t thank him enough for his customer service and for helping us when we were stranded!

Had my car serviced at caroline springs for a few years now and will never go anywhere else, Goran and Amanda are amazing and always very pleasant and easy to deal with. A+ with everything, very happy customer 😊

I am a returning customer I got my tyres replaced here early this year and was happy with that. today I went here and got turned down by old staff member / owner what ever he's position is. rejected for merely asking what type of oil is the appropriate for my car as I am ignorant about petrol engines. very disappointed. very rude staff. not coming back. ever. not recommend to my friends to get their cars done here as well.

I went and had an inspection done on my car, to find out what the source of an odd noise was.
I was given an extensive list of things wrong with my vehicle, and quoted $2500 in repair costs.
I went to my regular mechanic to have some of the repairs done, and one of the issues Ultra Tune had listed to me, apparently wasn't even really wrong with my car. This is something I was quoted $500 to repair.
The mechanic charged me to repair a single minor issue, under $100.
I will never go to Ultra Tune again.

We found out it you put properly and wrong parts not suitable our Ute car and we went to different mechanic told us it’s not good parts and damaged under 1 years we never go your service. we are very disappointed.

Mornington's Ultra tune, was a very pleasant experience. The staff and the service was great, Marie was especially helpful in the assistance she provided.
Would definitely recommend to those seeking the same service.

Had Tyre problems, nice bloke helped me out big time. Especially when it was his knock off time, went above and beyond to help me out.

We are in our mid seventies and took our car into Greenfields UT (6210) for $199 Service (which basically turned out to be an Oil change only.) Our car has been regularly serviced and has never missed a beat. An hour later, with only my wife at home they rang to say that this needs doing and that needs doing and when "unsafe" was mentioned she told them that they'd better go ahead and do them. Front rotors & pads replacement ($450) were the "unsafe" bit mentioned which I haven't got a problem with but it's all the other unnecessary add-ons. $99 for a brake fluid flush. (should have been part of the rotors & pads) Replace 4 spark plugs. $290. Replace ignition leads. $167. Unnecessary. Transmission flush $330 plus $181 for a filter. $55 to rotate wheels. To add insult to injury 2 x $13 to put water in the wiper re-fill bottle. Charged twice because of a rear wiper I presume, but front and rear are pumped from the one bottle. Remember, the car was in for a service and they're charging me to top up a wiper bottle. (2 Wiper bottles), So $2216 later. I'm not impressed and will never go back. Again to add further insult, when the car was returned, as soon as it exceeded 50kl/hr. it started sounding like a machine gun and had to be taken back to Ultra Tune. My guess was that it was the new left hand pad grabbing the new rotor but they wouldn't confirm or deny. It wasn't fixed right as even now the car has a small knock above 50kl/hr,
