Won’t fit supplied parts

Rang Strathpine Ultratune to get a job done told them it was a fit only as I’d already got the part from repco. Stated they don’t fit supplied parts. Stay away from anyone who won’t fit a brand new supplied part. They can put whatever spin they want on it but all it means is they can’t make money off the supply as well. Plenty of reliable other options around.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we don't recommend our centres to fit customer supplied parts as we have to give them a warranty and if we have not purchased them ourselves we can't get a warranty from the supplier.

Just had my Hilux 4x4 Ute serviced at…

Just had my Hilux 4x4 Ute serviced at Ultra Tune Preston.
It took them just under 5 hrs and charged me over $780.00 just for a service. The car does have underbody protection and a pre filter but still found it very expensive. It usually costs around $450.00 at a 4x4 mechanic

Sadly after giving Ultratune three…

Sadly after giving Ultratune three chances for growth and change I am no longer interested in having my vehicle serviced with any franchise. I also encourage others to consider better alternatives. After an expensive service post covid the guard under my car came off after having missing bolts and one that was hand tight (if that). When I phoned I was spoken down to and belittled. I was accused of hitting or tampering with the guard. Sadly it’s commerce over the customer. I wish the organisation well with taking money from others until they are woke.

I just want to acknowledge Nick and the…

I just want to acknowledge Nick and the team at Campbelltown. My car is through Alpha finance and at time they can be very difficult when requesting a order number . Nick is so patient and never made me feel like he couldn’t help me . He followed through with the Job and made sure my car was serviced etc. always with a smile and his attitude is always welcoming . For that Nick needs to be acknowledged and recognised. Keep up the amazing work Nick you should be proud of yourself x

Ultra Tune Sunshine

I had a very frustrating experience at Sunshine Ultra Tune today. I dropped my car off in the morning, and made clear that all the car needed was a simple service. I wanted an oil change, and filters replaced. Fairly standard stuff - there was nothing wrong with the car as far as I was concerned, so I didn't ask for anything else.

Later in the day, I received a call from the team, whereby they listed a series of things that they found that needed fixing - $2000 worth of repairs! I politely declined - I just wanted a service, and told them I would address the other issues on my own.

Upon picking up the car, I received a very rude shock - the bill was almost $900!! For a service?! Admittedly, I quietly paid the bill and thought nothing of it. I was handed the invoice only after I paid. Then, I inspected the invoice when I got home - and there it was. I'd been charged for a coolant flush and a brake fluid flush - two jobs that I didn't ask them to complete.

I definitely won't be returning to Ultra Tune Sunshine anytime soon, and I recommend anybody going to this place to exercise caution.

Real Customer Service

I have been a customer of this Ultratune franchise since 2006 and have had all my vehicles serviced and fully maintained ever since. I have traveled from as far away as Collaroy, Lower Macdonald and Camden South; because of George, Suzy and James' professionalism, honesty and ability to give me consistent peace of mind when I am behind the wheel of my car. Recently relocating from Fairfield to Wetherill Park will see me continuing my safe journey with this fabulous trio. Barrie East

Dishonest

Did my Santa fe 90K servicing on 18/10/2021. They didn't do everything that meant to be done for 90k logbook servicing. They quoted me $305 after my DD driving discount but they called me and said they couldn't give me discount at the middle of the servicing. They said I would get 1yr of free roadside assistance but he rejected me saying I used DD. They lied to me. I will never go to any Ultratune in my life and I won't suggest anyone to go as well.

Found our new mechanic

Had our I30 in for some work and a pink slip at Tuggerah. Excellent customer service, even had the mechanic working on our car call me to verify something. Final cost was $5 under the quoted price range. They went the extra mile for me and i will be a return customer. Cant thank or recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service, very professional and no BS advice..

I came in at Ultratune Rockdale last Saturday 25/9 to have my front rotors and brake pads changed for my Honda CRV 2007. I bought some of the parts at Repco to save some costs but ended up having the wrong parts ( the front rotors I ordered were smaller and the brake pads were incorrect compared to the one installed in my car). I was only planning on changing the front rotors but when Joe, the manager advised that my rear rotors had been grinding against the worn off brake pads and the rear rotors had deep creases made by the metal on metal grinding and not safe to drive I asked him for help. The rear rotors are hard to find especially if you need it that day but he helped me order the right ones and had it installed that morning. I couldn’t say thank you enough to Joe and his team for going over the extra mile to assist me with my car. I would definitely come to them for future services. Thank you Joe and your team.

Quick & Easy

Dropped into the Midland workshop with my elderly father to repair a tyre. The job was done 'on the spot' within five minutes at a great price. Couldn't be happier as a Customer.

Really poor customer service treatment…

Really poor customer service treatment from the Rockingham store. Ultratune Rockingham and probably all the other franchises have an online booking platform that is so easy to use and an excellent option for people who are working and struggle to call through to a store. I used this option for the first time recently and loved it! It gives you the next available day slot and easy drop down choices for what mechanical assitance you need, simple right? No! I requested to have my car looked at for "Repairs and Maintenance" one of their drop down option choices. The car had a very substantial noise coming from it suddenly so I was quite anxious and didn't want to drive it. This information was included in the information on the online request. The online platform took my booking request no issue and immediately sent a message indicating the store would be in contact shortly to confirm the booking this was at 7am Friday. At 3pm Friday I had to ring the store to follow up as we had heard nothing. At this point the contact person began by saying "well it is bit late to be booking your car in for tomorrow isn't it?" Wasn't it the Ulratune platform that accepted the booking day in the first place? and weren't they meant to get back to me according to the message from this booking platform? Anyway moving on, this person now says "ok we can fit you in" WOW thanks so much. Next I take the car down first thing in the morning only to be told that they do not do repair work on a Saturday, His words "I don't have the time to diagnose the problem on a Sat I only have 2 guys on today, we really only open to do servicing for people who cannot get in during the week" So twice now I have been made to feel like it is my fault and I have done something wrong, just because I used their, booking process. All I can say is...... use your words Ultratune Rockingham! say what you mean and give me all the information. I was prepared to give you $$$ and you made me feel like I was a pest, not good!!.... get someone else at the front of house or risk loosing further business, I certainly will never be back after many years of using this store.

Happy with the job done

Happy with the work and customer service from Dilan at Moorabbin Airport. Explains all the work being done and why, also only does what is necessary.

Will be returning for the next service!

Great work by the team got everything fixed I needed to get old girl back on the road “ the team also found a couple of other things that needed to be replaced that were critical and stoped a couple of leaks greatly appreciated

Very very disappointing Ultra Tune Corio.

Very very disappointing Ultra Tune Corio, I could not believe the unprofessional conduct and behaviour of the their mechanic and manager, the first time they worked on my car the job was incomplete, when I brought the my vehicle back later for additional work I pointed out my concerns but the mechanic showed none, after the additional work was carried out I decided to check it before paying only to discover more irregularities, when trying to talk to the mechanic about it all he wanted to do was to lie to me, when I caught him out in his lie he simply turned and walked away, I tried to speak with the manager Andrew about my concerns he began arguing and yelling at me. Very unprofessional if I could give you half a star for that day I would.

Dishonest company…

Took me my car in for a service at this salisbury east branch..
They over flooded my oil, destroyed my spark plugs. Then forced me to pay to get the issue fixed. Blamed me for the issue..
Dishonest about work that needed to be done. Dishonest about work they had done.
Took an extra two days to do all the work, without informing me of the delay..

Capalaba Ultra Tune

Chris and the team have been outstanding in both customer service and mechanical work. The Capalaba team have looked after my daughter and her partners vehicles for the past couple of years. Living so far away requires someone who is trustworthy and has exceptional communication, that is Chris.
I would highly recommend this team to anyone of my family and friends.
