Love this VPN!

I've used UltraVPN for a while now on both iOS and MacOS. I've had nothing but great experiences. Speed is great and it's very easy to use.

Don't use UltraVPN

Vpn does not work, their support are useless. Vpn does not connect keeps disconnected and when it connects, it does not hide your real ip address. It says that you connected to UK but get a US ip address

This company is thieves and scammers!

This company is thieves and scammers!! I haven’t used the company’s services for several months and have liquidated my account. But the company continues to regularly write off money. My numerous letters are answered that they will stop writing off money and continue writing off.

Disgusting Company

Disgusting customer service, fraudulent company, will take your money and not reply to emails, have contacted them for over a month. Promise a refund and nothing comes though. DO NOT use this VPN, there is nothing positive to say about this organisation, they clearly use bots because if they did actually use real people for the chat and replying to emails, their staff are imbeciles.

I would give it -5 stars if I could.

Beware of overcharching

Beware of potential overcharging at the time of renewal. The positive side, that when I complained about the overcharge, I cancelled the service right away and the refund was given the same day.

This Company fraudulently charged my credit card for an alleged subscription without my request, consent or authority! This is THEFT! Then I requested a refund and cancellation, and it sends back an email asking for more detailed credit card info!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES & SCAMMERS!!

Refund

I subscribed to UltraVPN but unfortunately it didn't work in certain locations. I contacted them to cancel my subscription, when I eventually gave them the correct information about my account they refunded me the next day. Excellent customer service who went above and beyond to help me. Very satisfied with their overall service.

This company is absolutely horrible and…

This company is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend them. Once I had already paid for their services, it was determined that they did not provide VPN services for television viewing. In light of trying to cancel their services well within the 30-day trial period, this did not happen. Finally, I was able to speak to a representative, but unfortunately it was after the 30 days and all the rep could do was recommend that I use the service with other mediums. I live overseas and only needed it for watching TV. I work in an electronics store and I will definitely recommend to my customers that any other company is more reputable!

Great forthcoming customer service

Great forthcoming customer service. I subscribed to Ultra VPN, but unfortunately while testing noticed that some cities I needed are not included yet. Cancelled the subscription, trusting on the 30-day money back claim. Cancelled the package before the 30 days, but didn't know that I needed to get in touch in a separate email. Contacted them and got a really great customer service. I received timely replies and Gabriel processed the refund. Thanks much and I look forward to subscribing. It was so far the best tool compared to the others.

Good customer service

I couldn't get UltraVPN to work with a particular service, so it turned out not to be suitable for my needs. Their customer service tried to troubleshoot but they were true to their word; cancelled and fully refunded with no problems. Would gladly recommend/use for future if needs changed.

Dishonest claims about its own T&Cs

It's hard to imagine how this company could be any more dishonest about its supposedly, 'Risk-Free', 'Unconditional', 'No Questions Asked', Money-Back Guarantee.

1. UltraVPN's front page clearly states: "Not 100% satisfied? Cancel anytime within the first 30 days and you’ll get your money back. All of it."

I followed those instructions and cancelled the service well within the first 30 days. After sending several unanswered emails over a week asking why I had not yet received the 'guaranteed' money back, eventually, UltraVPN acknowledged that I did cancel the service within the first 30 days.

But with an astonishingly dishonest attempt to move the goalposts, the company is now lying by saying that its "Refund policy states that our customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund" - even though the Terms under its Refund Policy does not contain anything close to that requirement.

In fact, the text '30 days' only appears once in its Terms & Conditions and that is the timeframe in which UltraVPN will notify customers of any Fee Changes.

The only other references to '30 days' states that the service only needs to be CANCELLED within that initial period. Nowhere on its website does it state that a condition of its (supposedly 'Unconditional') refund policy is to also REQUEST a refund - which also needs to be within that timeframe - nor within any other timeframe for that matter.

No one should ever trust a company that fraudulently claims that its Terms & Conditions contains a clause when it can so easily be proven that their document does not contain that claimed requirement.

21/07/2023 I have received an email saying that UltraVPN.com has flagged my review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience."

That's odd because only a couple of days before, I suddenly, and very belatedly, received a refund. Nevertheless, to show that the experience was very real, here is a copy of the email that I received rejecting a refund based on a policy that appears nowhere in the company's T&Cs :

Didn't work for me.

It didn't work for me. Would not auto connect. Pages also wouldn't load. Had to refund on main chat as emails to support wouldn't do it. Got a refund in the end.
