I found the service very difficult to use. I couldn't get a good connection, so I switched to another provider. I have asked to cancel my subscription, but so far I have only had an email asking me why I want to cancel, and then when I confirmed, I have heard nothing since. Then they took ANOTHER payment from me. I am so concerned with this company that I have disabled the bank account details and removed funds so that they cannot continue to charge me despite my requests to cancel. Looks like another reviewer has had a similar experience.
Please see the initial response from Ultravpn. I had already contacted the company to cancel as above. I have sent my third contact to this company today yet I have sill received no response. Absolutely shocking!!!!

I have encountered problems a few times since joining Ultra VPN and each time I have found the customer service personnel to be extremely helpful. I would highlight their tenacity since they keep going with a never-ending variety of suggested solutions until the problem is solved. Add to that the speed of their response and you have an ideal service.

This VPN will not cancel your subscription and will continually steal money from your account at much higher rates than they advertise for their "service". Avoid and do not even send them your card details as their 30 day free trial is a scam

I have nothing but good things to say about the help I received today from the reps at Zander UltraVPN. It took two chats, one with Percival M. and one with Carl J. I also had need to contact a phone rep. (Conrad) near the end of my problem solving adventure. Being a novice in navigating computer issues, I needed a lot of help. All of the reps. I wasn’t exactly sure how it happened, but I found my laptop to not have my Ultra VPN working on it. In a panic, I summoned the Ultra folks and started a service ticket. After several emails, I wasn’t getting anywhere, and I was ready pull the plug. The Ultra folks were stumped I’m sure, because Nothing was adding up on my claim of who I was. What was a frustration to me (how come they can’t figure this out) turned out to be a let’s-start-at-the-beginning kind of thing, only to find out, that when I signed up, I used my wife’s email address. DUH!! After they found us, they shot me info to get me back on track, and I was able to rejoin the coverage, rescan my device, and once again, be a Happy Customer.

UltraVPS staff responded to my issue email quickly and gave an answer to what I needed to do in an easy to understand and implement way. I've now contacted UltraVPN twice for help both times answers came quickly.
Of all the VPN's I've used, and I've used a handful at least, UltraVPN is the best one. I pay less with them than I did with other VPN's and it's better and faster. They are the gold standard in VPNs
I'm not the most tech savvy person so when I had an issue trying to download the program, I used the chat service for help. I worked with Carl and he was so helpful. He walked me thru it step by step till we got it to work. It was probably more an issue with my old laptop than an issue with the program. He was very patient while I tried to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. Thank you Carl for all your help.

With some issues I had downloading the new version of Ultra VPN along with deleting the old version. The team assisted me with knowledgeable recommendations including a detailed way to delete the old program. It worked and I am up and running again

Dishonest subscription practice: no reminder few weeks in advance of coming renewal. Information at purchase in small print about automatic renewal. Support ignores a complaint and answers totally besides the point.
