I have not been able to get the VPN…
I have not been able to get the VPN connection up and running after multiple downloads, deletions and hours of trying.
It actually blocks all other wifi options from accessing the internet.
The tech support phone number tells you to "send an email".
The online chat feature does not open.
There is no way to reach tech support in a timely period.

UltraVPN? They are TRASH
I requested a refund several times but they says couldn't find my account.
I provide them my information, the last 4 digits of credit card, charge of date, charge of the amount, and my first address line. BUT they said they can't find my account information.
They are TRASH. I'll keep fighting with them to get my money back.
