UmbrellaSpecialist had my 11.5’ umbrella delivered to Scottsdale AZ in less than a week from date of order. The staff was responsive to any questions I had and the umbrella is absolutely worth the money. Extremely well made and parts can be purchased separately in the event that it were to get damaged.
I will be ordering another to match.

We have placed two orders with Umbrella Specialist, first for a Hurricane umbrella and then later for an umbrella cover. In both cases, Umbrella Specialist responded right away and sent exactly what we needed.

Ordered a patio umbrella a smaller size than optimal based on earlier availability of the smaller umbrella for the summer (early June) rather than wait for larger size which had later availability date. It’s July 6th and I’m still waiting and not a word from company. All to say, don’t trust their web site.

Our umbrella arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble the stand with all the parts and tool necessary. The umbrella is high quality and glides open using a crank. A nice addition to our small patio.

Great communication. They even called me to make sure I had the correct model before shipping the parts. Quickly received the items in the mail shortly afterward.

Excellent customer service and loyalty to the company products

A fantastic experience with customer service. And the product, our Half Umbrella is perfect! It’s perfect for our cozy deck! We can put it anywhere on our deck and it complements and does the job perfectly. The neighbors are jealous!

Before purchase, I talked with a representative that provided user level insights of the product I was interested in. Answers were provided without hesitation and it was clear that they know what they sell.
Although I have not unboxed the Bambrella Levante Sidewinder yet (from yesterday’s delivery) the box counts were accurate and the order shipment preparation was highly professional. Tightly secured cable wraps to pallet, shrink wrapped and no visible damage to boxes whatsoever upon inspection. I am confident everything is in order and look forward to future needs being satisfied through umbrella specialist.
