Our previous umbrella by Gaultec had lasted 20 years. One day the wind expectantly came up and took it away. We found it badly damaged. So, we attempted to find another Gaultec umbrella. We found one. It turns out it was an exact replacement.

Bottom pole of Galtech two-pulley 9' rectangular umbrella system rotted out. Found Umbrella Specialist during on-line search after previously unsuccessful attempts to contact Galtech directly. Charles Lillo responded to my July 4, 2022 inquiry nearly immediately assuring me of his confidence they would be able to obtain pole # 132 so I placed the order that day. Replacement pole arrived July 14, 2022. Very pleased with the service and product.

Exactly what I ordered. Was delivered quickly. I’ve had the cabana for a few years and was time to replace the top. Can’t wait to replace old one and get a few more years out of the new one. Super happy with the whole thing.

A big thank you to Charles at Umbrella Specialist for helping us get the new canopies and parts we needed to make our 8 year old Bambrella's look brand new again. Hopefully, will be back in another 8 years to do it again!

Delivery was really fast and the umbrella is very heavy. Right now, my only complaint is the sewed on straps for wrapping the down umbrella. I got the 10ft square. The straps are sewed onto the short rib and hang a foot over the edge when up.

Fantastic company. I bought an umbrella for my pool and its been phenomenal. The quality of materials used is superb and has lasted for years with the proper care.

I advise to purchase the umbrella cover to keep your umbrella colors vibrant and non sun faded.

Thanks so much for the canopy replacement. It was easy to install & fits better than the original. Our choice of the Stone Grey looks great. The addition of the canopy cover will really help keep it protected during our rainy winter weather in the Seattle area.
