I contacted the representative by phone first to ask a few questions. They were friendly and answered my questions quickly.

Good product description and high quality service

Ordering replacement fabric for our Bambrella fabric umbrella was pretty easy. Not much help from sales, but found it on the website. Shipping was pretty quick.

Great staff great product and great installation. What more can you ask for?!

I liked the product although I was displeased with the customer service. I received 2 Hose Reels rather than 1 and I let someone in customer service know and I would just keep it and pay for it. I was told NO it was my responsibility to ship it back and then go online and order another one if I wanted one. I did not do it and I received an invoice after several weeks of waiting and phone calls. The letter with the Invoice was very demanding and stated I needed to send payment immediately it was past due. I paid it but I certainly did not appreciate how this was handled. I would have been glad to pay for it originally (not my mistake) as I asked to do. Lisha Snow
