The phone support provided by Charles was simply outstanding in every conceivable way. He took his time with me... made me feel appreciated. He did not try to sell me as he was most interested in my needs and making sure that if US had the right product that I was directed to it. After I placed my order he phoned me back to advise a less costly umbrella cover. This is what I call going the extra mile.
