I purchased Jon Batiste new album which had many imperfections when opened.

I purchased Jon Batiste new album, 'Big Money' in Nov. 2025 as a Christmas gift for my wife. Due to travelling we were not able to open the product within their policy that customers must respond within 30 days from the delivery date if their was an issue. Since we couldn't open and evaluate the quality of the product the 30 days expired by two weeks. The album has many imperfections on both sides and all I wanted was a replacement. Customer Service would not even discuss this and told me the 30 days has expired. I believe a good company will evaluate the issues and fix any problems especially product damages. I will not buy from them any longer and would NOT recommend anyone buy from them.

Painful with shipping and poor support.

Painful with shipping and poor support.
Support not interested in helping with shipping issues, only referencing the tracking details availalbe online when they have the contract with the couriers, I won't do it again.
