Very professional group.

Their attention to detail is great, was really impressed and hope to use them again.

The trip worked well with few problems - we are seasoned travellers so no issues which we could not handle - the service from the on ground agents in Argentina was a bit erratic and one of the accomodation places was below the standard we were expecting

Our holiday arrangements went very smoothly, with interesting hotels and inclusions.

Our trip had no hiccups thanks to rickshaw travel, transfer pickups were waiting for us with roomy comfortable cars. The tours/tour guides were good fun, informative & took us to places tourists don't go. All the hotels apart from one were clean, had great breakfasts & friendly staff. Overall for the price we paid I would highly recommend Rickshaw Travel

We have booked 3 trips through Rickshaw and would not hesitate to book another, or recommend them to others. Excellent service, value and travel the way we like it. Vietnam, Cambodia and recently South America. All good.

We recently toured Cambodia and Laos with Rickshaw Travel and I can honestly say that the service was first rate. Matthew and his team had every thing covered and helped us through the booking process and kept us up to date on any unforeseen changes to our travel plan once we were on the road ( such as flight changes ).
We chose to cut one section off of a set tour and combined that with at least two more advertised tours. The result was a tour tailor made to our requirements. We were met by drivers/guides at each of the tour finish/ start points and all of the vehicles we used were modern and air conditioned. The drivers didn't have a great grasp of English but they were on time, pleasant and as helpful as possible given the language barrier. The guides when provided spoke and understood English well and were even more helpful than the drivers if that were possible.
The accommodation was also top shelf, not 5 star but all the rooms were air conditioned with private bathrooms/ toilets and loads of hot water. I don't know how they did it given some of the places we visited.
This is the second year that we have gone on tour with Rickshaw and given the service and competitive pricing it is unlikely to be our last.

Rickshaw Travel were great to deal with on my recent trip to Nepal. They customized our itinerary to suit what we wanted to do, and were very responsive to emails. The local guides that they used in Nepal (Royal Mountian Travel) were all very friendly and helpful when we had a flight cancelled due to bad weather. They quickly organised us alternative transport at no additional cost and put our minds at ease!
I would recommend considering them for your next trip!

Planning a month in South America for 10 friends from around the world, meeting up in Peru to celebrate our 50th birthday, I sent out briefs to a number of agents. Matthew at Rickshaw was the ONLY agency who followed my brief perfectly, working with me on the ultimate bucket list itinerary. Our trip was TOTALLY AWESOME and all went smoothly. CATDMC, Rickshaw's local representatives in South America were FANTASTIC, our travel arrangements, accommodation and tour guides all wonderful.
We are a tough bunch to impress, but Rickshaw and CATDMC completely blew our socks off! I will highly recommend them to anyone travelling to South America or anywhere else for that matter!

Myself and my family loved the 3 week trip Kate organised for us to Thailand. Everything flowed perfectly, accommodation was great, great locations as was our trip with Kate to Vietnam.... Pondering over Peru next!!! Thank you Rickshaw.

Kate helped me plan a 9 day visit to Vietnam that exactly met my expectations. She understood the style of travel we were after and listened to my feedback on the draft itinerary she sent. With only a few changes the second draft of the itinerary was just what I wanted and we locked it in. The local guides/agents also were terrific and every element of the trip was delivered professionally and with lovely smiles by lovely people.

I would recommend Rickshaw for travel bookings in South East Asia. Our trip ran smoothly from beginning to end and we found them helpful, knowledgable and responsive to our questions. All our accommodation was excellent as were the tours we did.

Just returned from the most unbelievable tour of Northern India all arranged by Matthew at Rickshaw Travel.

I can't say enough positive things about this trip. From start to finish, everything ran like clockwork. The most amazing accommodation, brilliant driver, highly knowledgable guides & incredible locations.

a excellent service made changes to the original plan to suit my needs tried to solve some external difficulties on visa requirements prompt attention to emails promised services all honoured good selection of accommodation

I did an individual tour across India to several areas and each segment went smoothly. The hotels selected were good with a couple a bit special. My driver for a tour in the Western Ghats was very good with a strong knowledge of the areas. Overall very good.

Rickshaw can only be as good as the local agents they work with. The blips over timing and other arrangemengs in Laos were entirely the responsibility of the in-country agent. Rickshaw has the responsibility to check all of tnis. In general a good holiday and would do another one with Rickshaw.

We really enjoyed our trip to Cambodia. It more than lived up to our expectations.
The accommodation was good with the exception of the Coolibah in Sianoukville which was not very clean and the plumbing didn't work.
