I had an excellent experience with Rizwan from Al Amanah Travel. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, really listening to our concerns and making sure everything we needed was taken care of. Our visa came the very next day, and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed that I recommended him to my mum, and he arranged her an Umrah package too. In’sha’Allah, we are both going because of Rizwan’s support. The visas for both my family and my mum came through so quickly as well as the organisation of the Umrah packages. Will continue to refer this company to more of my family and friends. “Satisfied” doesn’t even begin to describe how happy we are with his service - truly outstanding!

I have travelled with Al Amanah for the first time in 2015 for Hajj and the overall management of the group was amazing everything has been fine tuned and the service from the group was excellent. Evan with some issues that came up which can’t be avoided during Hajj Al Amanah quickly addressed them and had the infrastructure in place to deal with all eventualities swiftly causing the least disruption to the group.

Since 2015 I again travelled for Hajj in 2018 and it had to be with Al Amanah (no explanation needed now). On both trips I was travelling with different family members and everyone was equally pleased with the service provided.

Most recently I travelled for Umrah in 2024 which was organised by Al Amanah and I’m pleased to say the service was again impressive and I made the correct decision and inshallah I will be booking Umrah through them for Ramadan 2025.

I recently had a terrible experience with Al-Amanah, which is ironic given that their name means "responsibility" and "trust." As a young man traveling alone for my first-ever Umrah, I was hoping for a smooth, supportive, and well-organised journey. Instead, I was met with poor customer service that made the entire experience incredibly frustrating and stressful.

When I first contacted them, I was assured by one of their representatives that I would be able to purchase their package and join their group for Umrah. I was excited and relieved, as this was my first time and I was traveling alone. However, once I tried to follow up and get more details, the customer service took a sharp turn for the worse. I sent multiple messages to ask for clarification on my booking and for information on the next steps. Each time, my messages were viewed but ignored. This happened repeatedly on several occasions, which was not only frustrating but also incredibly inconvenient for someone in my position.

As a first-time traveler for Umrah, I needed clear guidance and reassurance. Instead, I was left in limbo, unsure of whether I was even going to be able to complete my Umrah with them. It’s already stressful enough traveling alone for something as significant as Umrah, but the complete lack of response from the team at Al-Amanah only added to my anxiety and uncertainty.

It is deeply disappointing that a company named "Al-Amanah" would demonstrate such a lack of responsibility and trust. I cannot recommend them to anyone, especially if you are a first-time traveler or in need of guidance. For a journey as important as Umrah, you need reliable and responsive service, neither of which I received from Al-Amanah. I regret trusting them for such an important experience and would advise others to look elsewhere.

The whole team was very responsive to our needs and available 24/7.

It’s a family run business. The team went the extra mile throughout our journey which allowed us to focus on our Hajj responsibilities. Fantastic experience and highly recommended !

Alhamdulillah I was extremely pleased with the Hajj experience and how Al Amanah assisted with matters every step of the way. They made the process very smooth and were available for questions and assistance whenever needed. The facilities, residence, food and transport were all as promised and made our stay very comfortable.

We travelled with Al Amanah in 2024 and from the get go everything was very well organised and dealt with in a timely manner. The pre-travel process was clearly explained and all documents were easily obtained and forwarded without any issue. The seminar before leaving helped everyone understand what to expect and gave them the opportunity to meet others in the group.

Throughout the trip, we had access to team leaders whether it was to ask about logistics or religious matters. This was very useful and provided a sense of unity amongst the group.

All facilities were provided as promised with additional gifts given as kind gestures from the team. The residence and food in Aziziyah was good quality and were key in ensuring we were well rested for the Hajj days.

We are very grateful to have had a smooth experience allowing us to focus on the spiritual aspect of Hajj without any worries.

The group bonded like a large family and were very supportive in caring for one another. Nobody was every left behind and everybody's needs were catered to.

We would definitely recommend using Al Amanah for an enjoyable experience. Hajj is a once in a lifetime obligation and a person deserves a memorable and positive experience. We went on Hajj 2024 with Al-Amanah. It was an amazing experience and we received great service. From day one, Al-Amanah Hajj and Umrah helped us prepare for this life-changing journey, providing us with lists of what to take and why.

As a family-run business, Al-Amanah clearly takes pride in their work. Their staff speak English, Urdu, and Arabic, which helped them deal with local authorities quickly when needed. They also have in-depth knowledge of the facilities available for Hujjaj in Saudi Arabia and how to utilise them (for example, where to get the shuttle service, what time the group should move, etc.). Most of the time, we travelled via buses and shuttle service and only walked when necessary. Al-Amanah management was with us every step of this journey with big smiles.

We seriously felt that Al-Amanah is a well-organised and very resourceful organisation, and Qari Maki’s whole team’s main focus was only looking after us. Their priority was our well-being and safety, ensuring we performed our Hajj as comfortably as possible. All logistics, food, local transport, and accommodation were arranged and managed by Al-Amanah, allowing us to focus solely on our Hajj as per Sunnah (Alhamdulillah).

We brought back beautiful memories with us.

Aslamulekum, we booked Hajj with Al-Amanah in 2023. We were so impressed with the service, price and most importantly the guidance during Hajj that was amazing, so we booked our Umrah for the end of January 2024 through Al-Amanah, we did not go with the group as the dates didn't suit us. Al-Amanah arranged all our flights and transfers from Jeddah airport to Makkah then from Mekkah to Madina then to Madina airport. Excellent service throughout the whole trip Alhumdulilah. I have recommended Al-Amanah to family and friends for there Hajj & Umrah needs.
Would not hesitate to book again with them. They definitely go above and beyond.

Asalamalikum. Alhamdullah. We performed Umrah in Oct 22.It was all organised by Al-Amanah Hajj& Umrah Ltd . We have never experienced such a wonderful service. Qari sahab called us personally and updated me with the rituals in detail . Even though we have performed umrah many times before but listening to Qari sahab was a great experience and we gained a lot of knowledge. We were received by them in person in jeddah and guided all the way to Mecca and Medina and back . They even organised a fantastic dinner meal for us At Mecca. I must say they looked after us really well and we intend to go again with them InshaAllah and will recommend them to all our family , friends and everyone else intending to go for Hajj and umrah .

I was to take my mother on umra, so needed somewhere nearer that could accommodate wheelchair but also my children were going for the first tine so didn't want them to be put off by the struggles, so needed to choose an agency that could help me with with my busy time at work I just needed an agency that can go ahead and do it rather than me worry about it. AL-Amanah is it. They took the details came back with a few options based on location, cost and access and we chose and paid.no issue at all, during our trip we got ill they assisted us to hospital locations and people who could help us on the ground, their arrangements were impeccable, we loved our makkah visit it was mainly for doing umrah and tawaf, connecting with Allah may he except all our ibadah ameen, the madina part was equally awesome both makkah and madina were well chosen for wheelchair and ease of location. But overall excellent job done by Al-Amanah and yes I would recommend and use them again.

Booked two trips and by far the best company. Sobia goes out of her way to help. One we had to cancel and she went above and beyond to get us a full refund. Definitely will book with them again. Great communication and excellent customer service.

Alhamdolilla I performed my first Hujj in 2023. I was very nervous because of all the challenges that were imposed after COVID 19. But Alhamdolilla by the grace of Allah, Al-Amanah made the hujj so comfortable and easy that I want to do it again and again. The whole team was very friendly, supportive and organised. They provided individual attention to each and everyone in group and made us feel like a family.

Alhumdulillah, by the grace of Allah swt we have performed hajj 2023.
Hajj seemed impossible since covid-19 as we tried and failed since 2020.
Alamanah hajj & umrah made our dreams come true and in a very special way too alhumdulillah.
They had spectacular team, working day and night so that we could perform our hajj as smoothly as possible. Qari Makki , molna Qazi , brother Altaf and all helpers including drivers they all looked after as their own families
Never once we were left stranded or unattended. The transport was always available to make our journey easy given the fact that the weather was extremely hot.
Everything was taken care of, such as checking in and out of hotels, phone sims, transport, lectures, guidance, caterings, groups, ziyarah and all the rituals of Hajj and much more from Heathrow till we landed back to Heathrow.
We had pre hajj seminar which helped as out with all the information we needed for Hajj and we met our lovely group of people.

We had the best experience with Alamanah hajj and umrah.
