I had shopped around for quotes and the best quote was given by Umrah Centre. Brother Waqas was the agent who dealt with our entire trip. He was patient and effective. He listened to my requirements and made necessary adjustments accordingly. He recommended hotels based on my requirements and both locations were excellent. He recommended Anjum Hotel in Makkah and Pullman Zamzam in Madinah. Transport and Ziyarats were also included. We had a few issues at Pullman Zamzam in Madina upon arrival which Brother Waqas responded to immediately. We also had to pay extra
for our makkah hotel because we ended up having to upgrade to haram view because we didn't make the full payment for the hotel immediately but this was something which wasn't mentioned whilst making the payments. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we would like to thank umrah centre and brother waqas. We will recommend umrah centre and their services to others in Sha Allah.

I really like this Agency SubhanAllah, the brother who was in charge of our Umrah booking BILAL was so patient, very helpful, so respectful, the communication was excellent. BILAL worked really hard to make our Umrah trip successful without any issues. . While we were in Makkah and Madinah, BILAL was always there to respond to our questions. We have no issues at all throughout our Umrah and I will book my Umrah trip with BILAL again and I will recommend Him and his Agency to anyone.

I booked my Umrah through brother Waqas at Umrah centre. My journey was amazing Alhumdullah. Everything went so smoothly and easy all thanks to Waqas. He stayed in communication with me continuously throughout my journey and responded to each of my messages so quickly. Umrah Centre’s transportation team in Makkah and Madinah was perfect for me and my family. My transport was so well organised and took all my worries away. Allhamdulilah me and my family had a wonderful service with umrahcentre. At first I was unsure to book with them but the price was good and convenient for me from Birmingham Airport. The service from umrahcentre was very good with Mr Waqas who sorted my booking. The hotel was very nice in Makkah and Medinah in very good locations and the transport services arranged by umrahcentre was excellent service. I will recommend umrahcentre and Mr Waqas to friends and family who wish to visit in the future.

Allhamdulilah for the blessings and for the most surreal experience with my family. May Allah invite all my Muslim brothers and sisters to the holy lands Makkah and Madinah, In Shaa Allah! I can’t be more grateful for such an incredible support and guidance that brother Waqas and his team has provided me. It has been a privilege to have a smooth journey to Saudi and back.

There was a bit of downside with Anjum hotel Makkah, it was an amazing stay except a few tweaks where there were miscommunication and support wasn’t given from their end. However, the umrah centre team in London and Saudi, offered lots of help to resolve the problem with the hotel; I would recommend you confirming that only one form of payment is used as we had two different types of procedure used when we were booked in for the hotel and it troubled me and my family and wasted our valuable time. Despite that disappointment, the team was really understanding and resolved the problem with the hotel.

In Saudi, you won’t get many staff that speak English so it’s hard to communicate but there’s a lot of helpful and nice people that would be there to support you too.

There may be many travel agents that book you through an umrah trip and will end their service once they receive their payment but brother Waqas went out his way to and checked up on me to make sure I was getting the whole experience. Even in Saudi, Malik’s transportation team was amazing, the ziyarat guides were great and the company given was unreal.

I booked my parents' Umrah with Umrah Center as they've always wanted to go. They found another deal somewhere, but I didn't feel confident in the agency as they were expensive, and they didn't include a hotel stay. I came across Umrah Center after some research on Google. I was worried at first because it's their first time traveling alone, but they really enjoyed their time. Umrah Center made everything easy for them. My dad was especially impressed and has recommended Umrah Center to his friends. We will definitely be using Umrah Center for our future Umrah travels and travels in general. I'd like to thank Waqas, especially for being so polite, professional, and courteous. He was very helpful during the whole process. He really put my mind at ease as I was very anxious due to my parents traveling alone.

I was trying another agency before I got in touch with Umrahcentre and I was impressed by the service provided by both Bilal and Tahsin.Bilal kept pursuing me to go ahead with their quote whereas the other agency didn't make any effort to get in touch after the initial communication.Whatever issues we had were dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all looking to go for Umrah.

If I could give this service less than a 1 star I would. They caused me the most stressful experience. I had initially booked my Makkah and Madina hotel with them in July way in advance for the winter holiday so I can have it cheaper. I had booked 3 rooms for the 10 of us in both hotels. However they contacted me back in September saying they cannot give me 3 rooms and instead they will be giving me 2. This was absurd as how can 10 people sleep in 2 rooms when there is only 8 beds. Both my hotels were in an extremely good location as well so I was devastated hearing we’d have to move. Bare in mind this all happened after we had fully paid for 3 rooms meaning they scammed our money. They then took another further £290 off me and moved me to hotels which were so far away from the mosques. Not suitable walking distances. They would lie to us and contacted us whenever they please speaking complete nonsense. They could never tell us with certainty where our hotels were booked and how many rooms we had. It took so long for them to get stuff done such as the hotel and transport bookings and they would never get in touch. I had to always contact them first. Even then they wouldn’t reply to my messages. Absolutely awful place I could say so much more bad things. Made the whole Umrah experience so stressful and unfortunately could not enjoy it as much as I should have.

I had my booking done in July for Dec holidays to get the best price possible. I had paid for my flights and was told I can pay for the hotel closer to the time, come September I was asked to pay for it and after receiving the money, I get told that I only have 2 quad rooms when I have paid for 3 quad rooms. I was mad & said how can 10 people stay in 2 quad rooms with 8 beds. I was told Umair had left & no one else in the office knows what had happened as they have on their system as 2 quad rooms. I have email confirmation & invoices to say 3 quad room but that didn't make a difference to them & I was asked to pay extra for a hotel in makkah which was far away from the al haram even though my initial hotel was close by. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Come to Madinah hotel they were also asking for more money when I have already paid £300 extra for the Makkah hotel. I felt like I was being scammed & this was causing me so much stress as I knew every hotel will be expensive this close to the time. I had to look around myself & find a cheaper hotel myself & get some money back from them to pay for my Madinah hotel. Altogether I paid £600 more for both my hotel coz they have messed up. All I can say was the only problem free bit was the flights & the transport service they provided. I will not be using it again coz apparently even after you pay for the hotel it can & does get cancelled & then you are expected to pay more to find an alternative hotel.

Just a massive thank you to Abyan who was very helpful and attentive from the get go, everything went as planned and Alhamdulillah me and my wife had a very pleasant experience and umrah using this company. Hope to use you again in sha Allah

The experience was good overall, hotel, flights and transport worked out well. Good use of the whatsapp platform for communication for clients. They could work on a few things to make it even better, in my case this was not clearly communicating when they needed the full payment by received an email stating i had to pay the full amount on the day which i did but wouldve have been nice to know at least 2 or 3 days in advance. The other was when booking the qatar airways flights with a transfer in doha it wasnt mentioned that the 1st leg of the flight is operated by british airways and in order to prebook my seats i had to do this via the BA website. The transfer time is short so be prepared to rush while transferring so families with small children should plan accordingly. My flights went according to plan and didnt have any hiccups. The family and I really enjoyed our stay in the holy city. Hope you take onboard the small criticisms in order to become even better. Lastly i would recommend the company to friends and family.

I have recently been to Umrah. I booked with Umrah Center and the experience was very smooth and easy Alhamdulillah. I travelled with 2 autistic kids and my old mother in law and was extremely worried incase I have any issues during the stay and travel. However, all the bookings done were really good and everything went as scheduled and planned. Tahsin did the bookings for me and he was very professional. He did not charge me in full straightaway away. Every step as he was doing the bookings, he charged me and kept me updated with invoices and contacts. After looking into several agencies, I decided to go with Umrah Center as I could tell Tahsin wanted to keep my package within my budget and yet didn't compromise with the services I received.

Recently planned and booked my family umrah trip through this company. Brother Waqas was really helpful, professional and patient with all my requirements and requests. He helped at every single stage and provided a prompt response. The hotels were all good and I had a chance to check the reviews before accepting. The WhatsApp communication channel was great.
