I find Umair is cooperative and reliable for the most of other agents but I didn't get the first day in hotel which I have already paid for in Madinah. I got to wait until 5pm Saudi time to get a room. You need to keep your eye and mind open when booking yr package. The other agent Tehreen insisted me to change the flights to Saudi Airline as I booked my initial flights with Qatar Airways. Later I found out that Saudi Airline reduced their fare for a week and instead of telling me the exact situation Tehseen tried his best to dodge me as a customer. That is ethically,legally and religiously completely wrong.

Highly recommend this company. Tahseen was especially helpful and patient with all my requirements and requests. The hotels are all good and I had a chance to check the reviews before accepting. Amazing transfers with comfortable cars and great communication. The visas were also sorted quickly. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for your services.

My experience with umrah centre was one to remember. Umair at umrah centre is the person to go to for all your umrah needs. For me it was a one stop-shop where i sourced all I needed as it was a last minute decision for the last 10 days. Couldn’t get the deals anywhere else, I got tickets, Makkah accommodation, medina accommodation, chauffeur to and from all airports. It was a was a great experience. Alhamdulilah.

We booked our package with umrah centre and were happy with our decision. We were dealt by Abyan and he's courteous guy. This was the first time we went on umrah and that too with kids. We found the information to be true and we got what was decided. Only reason for 4 star was because we had another hotel on booking package which later we were declined due to unavailability but I picked another hotel which was also fairly good enough. I booked Omra package with Umrah centre included flight and hotel with agent called Tahseen, I had good experience on both flight and hotels. The hotels on both sites Makkah and madina were excellent.
The agent Tahseen was genuine and honest
Money wise my package was the cheapest on the market at the time.
Therefore, I recommend to use this company (Umra centre).
