A group of copyright trolls and thieves. They claim videos on youtube saying it is theirs. and steal all the add revenue from it.
Some is fair use. Like a few snippets of music used to create something new. Some are covers of music free of copyright. And some isnt even outright related to them. But still they claim and steal all.
Youtube refuses to do something about them. So the least i can do is write a negative review about them.

UPDATE 18.10.222 - So email now received saying the signed items were actually never in stock as they had already sold out. Utter Bullxxxx. If they get any more in, they promise to reserve me one. Then they have given me a 30% discount on my next order......... Expires 03.22 !!!!!! You just could not make this up. Sufficed to say, I am sure my order was included in the chart sales, and that's really all that matters.

I find this a really insensitive and poorly worded heading. I know its written in jest but as a person currently struggling with mental health issues and health issues currently awaiting surgery I feel this is offensive.

SHOCKING! Totally inept company. Sent a wrong vinyl album and just gave stock answers to all emails saying 'still looking into this'.
After more than a month of their timewasting I have had to file a PAYPAL dispute to even get some action.
Can only assume with such bad customer service that they employ child labour or people of minimal IQ.
They have ofered a refund of $32 for a record that cost $69 on condition I return the INCORRECT item that they sent me! BUNCH OF HALFWITS

My daughter purchased an item that came in and she didn't realize it was for men. So I contacted their customer service for an exchange. Not a refund, an exchange only for a woman's size. They responded they can't as sales were final. Probably they are not selling as they thought and also bad quality for their expensive prices just cause they carry Billy Eilish's name on it. Very disappointed with this online app. Will not buy from here anymore and encourage any other new individuals to not do it.

I cancelled an order weeks ago and was promised a refund that would show up in my bank account “7-10 business days”. Well, it’s been over 13 business days, and I had to file a dispute with my bank because after emailing the customer service team multiple times, no one has answered.
I’m still waiting for my refund. The customer service team doesn’t respond to emails that actually require them to help. I’ll choose other places to buy ariana grande merch, that are actually trustworthy.
UPDATE: STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSE OR REFUND. So, I took matters into my own hands. I had to file a dispute and get my refund through my PayPal account, today. Of course, the customer service agent saw the email thread where they never responded to my emails regarding my refund, and he said one word: “SCAM.” Finally, he took care of my refund, and I now have only one thing to say to Universal Music Group: YOU SUCK.
Literally the worst online shopping…
Literally the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered a vinyl and t-shirt from a Weeknd drop. They withdrew the money from my account immediately back in July, even though the order wasn't supposed to ship until October. Then in September I get an email saying that my order has been cancelled due to a system error. No refund comes. I have to send an email to support, which takes a few days to get a response. Nearly three weeks later and I still don't have the money returned. They told me a refund takes up to 10 business days, and asked me to wait 5 more. Such poor service makes me never want to buy any band merch ever again.
Picture on Tshirt peeling off
I bought a Hollywood vampire's T-shirt last May. I've only worn it a handful of times because I didn't want to ruin it and only washed maybe twice. I contacted them about the picture starting to come off and they said it's been over 60 days since getting it. Been back and forth explaining how you could know the picture was going to start peeling off within a 60 day period when you wore it once in that time period. I will never buy from them again and I told them that and also would give a bad review as well.
Terrible Company!
They got my order completly wrong & sent me the wrong item. They have & are continuing to ignore all my requests for the item I ordered to be delivered. DO NOT order from this company. They are atrocious & don't give a toss about their customers.

Ordered Demi Lovato merchandise May 2021, still no delivery. Contacted them many times and they said they're waiting on stock, asked for a refund but they just said the same thing that theyre waiting for stock. Its been over a year, this is ridiculous.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing short of rip off merchants. Ordered from them on the 27th November, an item that was in stock and shipping. Still to receive it.
There is no viable way of contacting them at all, the contact sheet on their website never goes through, they have no email address and no contact telephone number. As I said, all told this looks like a dodgy scam company, not one of the largest record labels in the world.
Please, do not order from them, support your local shops as even if they can't provide the exclusives that the site says they can, they will at least get you your goods
