Possibly the easiest 5 stars I've ever given! Absolutely wonderful company to deal with, customer service is quite frankly unbelievably good! Any issues, questions or general chit chat is no issue whatsoever! We had quite a big order and it arrived a lot faster than expected despite their busy period! All of them are of fantastic quality and wonderful items! Could not recommend enough!

The high quality of the toy shows that Uncover Creations takes great pride in their work. Their customer service is excellent—helpful, patient, empathetic and friendly. Most of my orders came from the U.K. to the U.S. without a hitch, but I did have an item missing once. I reached out and got a free replacement within a week. Uncover Creations makes sure that you get what you paid for!

I've purchased from them a few times and the experience is always great! Despite living across the pond, my order arrives pretty dang fast. They are great at keeping you up to date on what's going on with your order! Their newsletter is also actually great to read and gets a laugh out of me all the time.
The products themselves are high quality and worth the price! I have yet to regret a single purchase.

Ordered from them during a black Friday sale, and I mean *SALE*. I was far from the only one! They informed me promptly that they got a bit busy with all the orders and that it could take longer. Still didnt take as long as I expected! Information was often provided, shipping 'cheap' (for an overseas package to the EU), quick and super hassle free.

And once again got a wonderful and pleasant addition to the collection! And the incl. Free xsmall is always a fun surprise!

The products they have are amazing and I've never been disappointed. It's worth paying a little more for the quality. The only negative thing I have to say is how they word their marketing, it's quite cringe and exhausting reading an email like it's written by some 15 year old with an attitude.

Despite being in the US, my black friday order came faster than things within the US I ordered at the same time.

The products are amazing quality and the service couldn't be better. You can tell this company is run by people who care. I do wish most of their products were bigger, as they cap out at what a lot of sites consider medium. The ones I did order however are exceptional and I couldn't be happier with them.

The quality of the product is made very well! The XL size is a definitely big but definitely great!

This company unlike all the other sex toy companies that I’ve seen has soul and lovely people to go along with it it also has a amazing mix of fantasy but also a few realistic toys an amazing amount of customisation with size, colour, and even how hard or soft you want your toy to be so I would recommend this company by far the most out of all others

This is my first purchase from Uncover Creations but ive been really impressed by every part of the transaction. The website is well organized, the items got to me quickly and are high quality, and even the emails from the company are friendly funny and not annoying. Highly recommend.

The product I ordered was well made and absolutely gorgeous, shipping was incredibly fast for a made-to-order product, and the checkout process was super quick + easy. Their Black Friday discount stacked with coupon codes, which was a very nice surprise compared to so many other places, and I appreciated the ability to add an order note! Care instructions and a cute promotional freebie being included in the packaging was appreciated as well. Lovely company and I'll happily buy from them again in the future!

Amazing service and quick delivery times.

Uncover Creations is now my favorite toy brand. I completely fell in love with the Maw and their Werewolf Bullet sleeve. Their silicone feels good and not grippy when i use the werewolf toy. The extra smooth silicone that was used for my grinder is a massive upgrade compared to any other toys i’ve used. I got the Silver Bullet to use in both toys and its mind blowing how much it adds to your experience. I can’t recommend Uncover Creations enough!
