Uncover Creations is a great company, I love the vibes of the team, the products are incredible quality and are made with care. Won’t be buying pieces anywhere else!!

Customer service was super kind for beginner that had questions and seemed to be very accommodating for the mystery gift to not be realistic human one. They always got back in reasonable time and always encouraged to reach out if any questions arise.

I bought a plug which came with a free mystery item and they are both fantastic, every item has comprehensive sizing information so no surprises when you get it. The feel of the products is amazing, the most difficult thing is choosing what to buy but you can opt for mystery toys and leave the designing up to UC. My items came in a colour scheme I wouldn’t typically choose but they look fantastic none the less

I can’t recommend Uncover Creations enough. The craftsmanship is genuinely out of this world. Every item feels thoughtfully made, beautifully designed, and built to lift your bedroom adventures into an entirely new dimension (like, literally).

Sadly I haven’t received my order yet. As it’s stood at customs. Something not exactly stated on the page is that u still have to pay the customs and taxes on top if you order to Germany. Pretty sure the items won’t be the worth the money. Paid 313 €for the items; 58 for delivery and 99€ on top. Do not order from Germany if you aren’t willing to 50% on top.

I love this company! Their materials are so high quality and they've always got deals going on. Plus their colour selections are top notch.

I placed my first order with Uncover Creations recently, and found the whole experience to be great. The website was straight forward to navigate, and the product customization was a breeze since each option had an explanation, and links to give additional information on the materials, colours, products, etc etc.
I adore the products themselves, and am a big fan of the free ‘samplers’ that were included! The packaging itself was discreet on the outside, and simplistic but sleek on the inside.

Upon placing a second order, I encountered an issue regarding a promo code and contacted customer support to clear it up, to which they responded quickly and were super helpful and professional.

Seriously awesome all around.

Quality products, reasonably priced IMO, and whenever I needed anything, the service has been really good.

Customer service was absolutely outstanding. I accidentally made a mistake with my order, but the team fixed it straight away — and I was very particular about the size and softness. Their communication, speed, and attention to detail were genuinely impressive.

Been looking for a comfortable plug for long-term use, having tried a number. This is the best of the lot I've got. Bought medium/medium firmness/Surprise Me Basic colour.
After a bit of a warm up with the lovely 'Mystery Gift' that came with the plug, the Bean went in easily, was immediately comfortable and I've worn it longer....by hours...than any other plug I've tried.
A real winner and a great colour.

The toys are gorgeous and clearly made with love, the pricing is reasonable especially for custom toys, and shipping is quick seeing as it’s a smaller business. I’d recommend these toys to anyone honestly.
