UA product quality and after sales inadequate
Was gifted Under Armour Charge Draw golf shoes which I used fewer than 10 times and the stitching on one shoe came apart.
I messaged the customer care team who in fairness were quite helpful. As the gift was made by Under Armour, but purchased through a golfing website, they were unable to progress the complaint, but gave me a form to escalate to the next level.
I did this and progressed a few times, but in reality
have heard nothing for a month!! I'm assuming that my customer care issue is not being progressed. Would be something if they just communicated, even if the result wasn't what I wanted to hear.
To summarize, product quality well below where it should be. After sales and customer service, non-existent.

I'm utterly disappointed with my Under Armour trainers purchase. The quality is nowhere near commensurate with the price tag and the brand's lofty reputation.
After just a month of daily wear, the sole began to wear down at an alarming rate. The heel counter quickly wore through, forming a hole.
The cushioning proved to be mediocre - my feet tire even during short walks. The ventilation is non-existent, leaving my feet constantly sweaty.
The design is a particular letdown. The trainers looked stylish in photos, but in reality, they appear cheap and tacky, especially after rapid wear and tear.
For this price, I expected far more durable and high-quality footwear. I categorically do not recommend this Under Armour model - it's a complete waste of money on shoes that deteriorate so quickly.

Would leave 0 stars as ordered the same product twice after the first time it being lost in transit just for it to happen the second time. Customer service was slim to none and abysmal. Will never ever be purchasing from here again. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me and heard nothing back.
Faultless experience
I was very concerned after having made an online purchase and then checked trust pilot to see such negative reviews. Thankfully my experience has been faultless and quite impressive. I messaged customer services only because I hadn't received an order confirmation email, they replied the next morning which resolved my issue. I received emails at every stage of order processing and my delivery was received the next day. I feel for anyone who has had a bad experience but felt I needed to share my experience as it was so good.
Do not use the website
Website doesn’t work properly - they seem to have placed the order even though I didn’t check out. Customer service is a JOKE - 3 hours, 3 days a week? Webchat is useless.

Worst customer service just because of box!!
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from the Under Armour outlet store in Portsmouth. When I got home and checked online, I found the same shoes available at half the price in other stores in London. I called the Portsmouth store, and they advised me that I could get a refund at other outlet stores in London. However, my intention was not to get a refund but to request a price match. I feel deceived for assuming that an outlet store would offer reasonable prices.
I visited the O2 store to request a price match and explain my situation. Unfortunately, I encountered the worst customer service. The manager was extremely unfriendly and kept insisting that she couldn't process a refund without the original shoe box. Despite my efforts to explain that I wasn't seeking a refund but a price match, they refused to address my request simply because I didn't have the box.
My main concern was having the price match considered, not getting a refund. I'm very disappointed with the service. For such a reputable brand, losing a customer over a simple box is unacceptable. I won't be purchasing from Under Armour again due to this poor experience.

This is the first time I have ordered from under armour and perhaps I should have checked the reviews first.
I want to return an item ordered but the drop point addresses provided do not accept collection for Fedex. I opened a chat and was told to download a UPS label as they have more drop points. There appears to be no UPS drop points in my area. This is truly awful. It sounds great free returns but there's no way of returning it.

Shocking customer service
Had a notification to say my package was delivered, it wasn’t there. Customer service impossible to get hold of. A company this size has a phone line manned for three hours three days of the week is shocking. Online chat is operated by bots I think as they can’t give you any information. Was told my package had been delivered elsewhere but they couldn’t tell me where. Said they would email me. No response when emailing via social media either. I have raised a payment dispute with my bank as it’s the only way I will get my money back.

Bought socks. They were sent with holes in them. I have emailled under armour a few times and they do not reply. Never ordering from them again.

UA Velociti Wind 3 buy this on 50% discount and such a Rubbish shoe don’t deserve even a £40 about the full 140 price
Total crap … the heal back is to low and kind of cutting you and the worse part of the shoe is the narrow toe area where just killing your foot

They fit very nicely, they look great
They are so slippery when the ground is wet that you can't use them if it's raining, forecast to rain or been raining.
Apart from that they make so much squeeking noise on polished floors it's rather embarrassing.
I would recommend that you swerve these shoes.

Very happy with the item I received. Ordered on a Tuesday and delivered the next day.
Not a test of their customer service as a lot of other reviews will highlight, but in terms of my experience I was perfectly happy and would use them again.

As all other reviewers have experienced the customer service is non exsistant, I returned 2 items from an order and they only refunded one, tried contacting via email and online chat, they were rude and unhelpful, over a month later and still waiting for a refund, will never shop here again.

3 months still no refund for my return. A chat function that cannot help with refund enquiries and a head office phone number that doesn’t work. Do not respond to emails. Total sham of a company.
