Delays on responses to customer service for damaged goods
Received my goods and immediately notified of damage. Sent images as requested and was told customer service would be in contact but there are delays.
Still not had a response. I want to return and get my money back but I have been told I have to wait for a response. Not satisfactory they cannot give me a timescale.
Scammers
Ordered 2 items for £100, but only received 1 item. Contacted customer service and was advised that they had sent out both items in one package, and it was my tough luck. Am I a liar? Am I a scammer? The Levels of customer service were appalling for a company of this so called magnitude. I told my bank and they reimbursed me in 24hrs and started an investigation. How can Underarmour just lie and that’s it, customer can do nothing! Will never purchase or wear Under armour again.
Awful!!!
Bought a pair of trainers in Jan, in March the inside developed a hole. Its been over a month and all i hear every time i contact them is your case has been recieved by the right team but due to high volumes we cannot advise when they will be in touch. Over a month is unacceptable. Had to raise with the bank cause its ridiculous. Never buying from the under armour website again!
Update: they blamed me for the damage and refused to reimburse! Like its not general wear and tear less than 60 days of wear! Its clearly a badly made product!
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience as a first time online customer with under armour. Purchased a pair of trainers at the beginning of January and have still yet to receive my money back. Three times in 11 weeks l have contacted their customer service with no reply. Finally my husband managed to get through to be told the purchase l made was in July last year to then realise it wasn't. 2 weeks ago they said they would refund money and l'm still waiting! Beyond angry and frustrated!

Fedex claimed it was delivered and I signed for it (neither of which true). Upon contacting Fedex they have admitted this was "in error".
I have tried all methods to get in contact with UnderArmour (contact form, web chat, customer services email, X) all to no avail - a month on, and no responses from any of them.
I've just launched a chargeback claim on my credit card.
Shocking how many others have had the same experience.
Return postage scammers
Tried to cancel the order immediately as I had made an error. They ignored this and sent anyway. I returned the items and paid for the postage myself. They then insist on deducting another £3.95 for return postage. This is clearly unethical and possibly even illegal.
Terrible service
Terrible service, unresponsive, ignore messages. Pretty much the same as all the other reviews. This has been my consistent experience with them over the last few years. Their message to customers ‘ don’t chase us with multiple messages as it will clog our system ‘ WHAT? How about you sort your system out! Absolute joke I will never buy from them again.

Awful customer services, I’ve been waiting over a month for a reply regarding a missing order. Just read some of the reviews and I can’t believe they’re getting away with this service. Does anybody actually receive their order or is this a way for this company to print cash.
Awaiting a refund from Jan (March now)
I order some items End of December and returned 4 items the first week in January. I received a refund for 1 item a few weeks later and still awaiting a refund for the other 3. It now March and all they keep saying is they have experienced a high number of queries causing delays.
I will never order from Under Armour again. A shame as i do like their clothes but wont be giving them another penny. Plenty of other good sports brands around!

Absolutely awful company no customer service, returned 2 items over 5 weeks ago only refunded one , email and live chat 20 times and nothing no refund no help AVOID at all costs I urge you to shop elsewhere
UNDER ARMOUR - useless company
I am very disappointed with Under Armour. Bought 2 pairs of leggings and wanted to return them. They sent me a label for FedEx. The first FedEx drop off point I tried had gone bust, the 2nd informed me they had notified FedEx they do not accept any drop offs 4 years ago and FedEx still had them on their website, 3rd FedEx drop off point informed me that FedEx had not been to fix their system and the 4th drop off point wanted to charge me £10. I have now had to raise a credit card dispute because Under Armour does not support sufficient return method.
Under Armour needs to be taught a lesson. It is difficult to get through to Under Armour. Written many emails and have not received a reply. The leggings are still here with me and now it is for them to come and pick them up if they want them back. I have done enough walking to different points that is not working or is insufficient.

It looks like they have done this to other people too! How can they get away with keeping customers money when they are due a refund! I have been back and fore for a refund and now they are saying I have already been refunded I did send two parcels back but only been refunded for the one parcel which I bought on my credit card but not the one I bought on my PayPal which is a completely different parcel but they are say I have and when i going on they chat page they blocked me it is a scam.

I ordered 3 items:
1 x UA Storm Windstrike sweater
1 x UA woven shorts
1 x UA perimeter shorts.
Good delivered in a reasonable time but no perimeter shorts.
1st attempt to contact customer services, to be told that were open but no reponse
2nd attempt via online chat. Reported the problem, sent pictures etc. "We are sorry about that. We will forward to the relevant department & they will contact you.
Returned the windstrike - did not like the material used. Got a refund - which is great.
I have heard nothing since then. Starting a chat with customer services results in "it is with the relevant department. We can not help. They are very busy and will contact you". Then silence .
Not good. I generally like UA clothes but this type of response is really bad.
Speaking to my credit card provider now.
