Terrible service
Returned two items, in the same parcel, in early January. They only refunded one item. I have been on live chat twice (less than helpful), been promised emails that have never arrived, and I have logged a complaint. Still, 6 weeks later, they still have not refunded the second item, nor responded to me about it at all.
I tried to raise a dispute with my bank, but as I need proof of what Under Armour have said about the refund, and they have so far said nothing, my bank also will not do the refund (apparently the email confirming my original return / refund request is not enough).
Avoid unless you 100% know you are not going to need to make a return or need customer service.
Order never received. Refund request ignored
Ordered a jacket to be delivered 06/02. On 07/02 the delivery company said they have lost the jacket. I sent a email to underarmour 07/02 and 11 days later I've still not been responded to or received a refund. I contacted the webchat to be advised they are a informative service only.

Bought a pair of base layer leggings. Wore skiing 1 day when I took them off had a ring of very deep blisters all around both ankles. Couldn’t even get the boots on after that and was painful to walk never mind ski. Money wasted on lift pass and ski hire and ski touring. Contacted Underarmour and sent photos, 8 days later had to call and no contact from them. I asked them what they were going to do about it and they said they had no proof that the blisters were caused by the leggings only the photos I sent and that wasn’t proof. Offered a replacement or refund, are you serious why would I want another pair??

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service I have ever contacted. Bought lovely fleece for my partner and after he wore it once, we noticed hanging stitches and scuff. I have contacted them and sent many photos, however, nearly two months after (!!!) lady called Solena sent me an email saying they will get back to me as soon as possible. As you can guess, they never contacted me after. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, AVOID THEM AT ANY COST.

I used the fedex label that came in my order to return items and went to the nearest FedEx drop off point to me only to be told I had to pay £10 for the return! Underarmour claim free returns but it’s dishonest and not true. I raised a complaint with customer service (ticket 04751556) and have just been ignored. Avoid this company!

0 Stars, product became defective and fell completely apart within the warranty period. Submitted a case for a return and refund over 2 months ago and still haven’t been contacted by the relevant department. Customer service keep giving me the same spiel that there’s nothing that can be done to speed up the process.

Stay Away from Underarmour
I have never written a review previously but felt compelled to warn people of what it is like dealing with Underarmour. Please for your own wellbeing do not buy from this company. Mistakes happen but when you can not get contact for 2 weeks to sort issues it just goes to show the value they place on the customer.

I contacted under armour about a faulty product. Only the web chat works, the phones and emails go unanswered. It has been 4 weeks and I still have not had a reply to my emails or talked to anyone about my problem
No refund for a returned order
Returned an order, the package reached the warehouse according to the tracking, but received no refund. Emails to customer support, opening cases, and multiple chats with customer agents during the last month - nothing helped.
Absolutely terrible customer service
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought my son an Under Armour baseball cap that looked really smart. A few weeks later I came downstairs to my 4 year old son crying with a massive scratch across his forehead, saying that his hat had scratched him. On inspection of the cap the inside seam where the hat had been stitched together was really rough to the point of being sharp. It was this that had scratched across my son’s head causing him to bleed. I tried in vain to speak to someone at Under Armour about this but the chatbot (live chat) is useless, the telephone number never answers and just cuts you off and the email option is just ignored! I am absolutely astonished that a company like Under Armour has customer service so shockingly bad, this is probably the worst I have ever come across so well done for that Under Armour. I will never buy from this company again.

I placed an order for Christmas presents on 9th December. Still not arrived, can even see on fedex tracker it has not been delivered. Have contact via “message” which is closest option to email, have spoken to the Chat team numerous times that cant even answer a question and the telephone number that is CHARGEABLE and only open 3 hours 3 days a week doesnt even connect you to speak to anyway.
Still no refund
It is absolutely outrageous that a company of this scale has such shocking customer service
My order has not arrived
My order has not arrived. A delivery was attempted by FedEx but as we were not home we followed the instructions on the card to have the parcel redelivered. The parcel has never been redelivered. FedEx won't talk to us and despite trying repeatedly to tell UA where the parcel is they are refusing to follow it up.
I have attempted repeatedly to try to speak to UA customer service but all they say is that they are too busy to look into it.
UA customer service is only open for three hours on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Even then they do not answer the phone and it cuts out saying they cannot talk. The online chat is not helpful and simply repeats that they are busy and that they are unable to look into it.
Never before have I experienced so unhelpful customer service.

I made an order for £120 worth of clothes on November 25th, it still hasn't arrived and I have had no update on the status of my order.
I have sent multiple emails and had no response. Their Live Chat agents just say the case is being dealt with and there is nothing more they can do. Their UK customer service phone number doesn't exist, there is no way of speaking to anybody or finding out what's going on.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. It's now February and I'm no closer to knowing where my order is. At this point they have essentially just stolen my money. If you don't want to risk this happening to you, do not order from Under Armour.
Truly abysmal company
The customer services are genuinely useless. A phone line that is only open Mon-Wed, 8am - 11am (3 hours?!) and charges a premium. A chat service that just copies and pastes useless information.
Honestly, how are they even in business? Ordered something on 3rd Jan and still waiting for it - no information provided, no matter how many times I try and contact them.

Ordered something as a Christmas present and it never arrived. I’ve chased 4 or 5 times and can never seem to get hold of an agent. Think I was told all their customer service team were on leave but they were still accepting and sending other peoples orders somehow. Just followed up again but it’s bordering on fraud now….
Received damaged goods
I ordered trainers in a size 10 and they were too small. I had to package them up and go to my local post office to return them. I then ordered a new pair a half a size bigger. I waited weeks for the funds to be paid back to me. My new pair of trainers arrived damaged and despite numerous emails to Under armour they just ignored me. I will never order from this website again due to the poor after sales service.

I didn’t receive the discount I was offered at checkout, when I tried to cancel order immediately to that not possible and I had to return goods and wait up to month to get my money back , customer service was really bad , I would have returned goods anyway because of poor quality
