Don't order anything from this Company! Item missing from delivery and after numerous emails they basically called me a liar and said they couldn't help! I asked to make an official complaint with no reply. I wish I'd looked at their terrible reviews first. All justified. I will never buy from them again.
Item missing in parcel, no action taken …
An item was missing in my husband’s parcel so he contacted Customer Services. After many weeks he was advised that the parcel weighed correctly for the three items so the case was closed. This is basically saying they don’t believe him. Terrible attitude and feel totally powerless to do anything about it. He has asked to raise an official complaint which will probably take another two weeks for a response. We will definitely not deal with this company again. Terrible customer service.
Awful company
I used the pre-paid UPS label to return my order back.
It's been 6+ weeks since the order was delivered back to UA - still no sign of a refund.
I chased by website contact form nearly 10 days ago - no contact yet from UA (just an acknowledgment email).
Today I went on live chat and they said they'll pass my case to the relevant team but weren't able to give any indication of timescales.
I'll give UA until end of this week before I lodge a chargeback claim with my credit card.
My first and last time shopping with UA - awful experience!
Update: Under Armour never got back to me / never issued a refund - I ended up getting my money back by doing a credit charge chargeback.

Ordered several items for my husband for Christmas. One item was a bit tight, so we used their provided return label to send the item back just after the New Year. FedEx shows it was received by Under Armour UK on 8 Jan, and we still have not received a refund. They told us it could take up to 14 business days, but we are now beyond that window. They have not replied to any email inquiries and the chat line assistant was rude and unhelpful - she just repeated that is could take up to 14 days and said they do not notify customers when return items are received but they will email when refund has been processed. She would not look any further into it. We have not received an email to indicate our refund has or is being processed and have not received our money back (£89 plus tax). We will continue chasing them this week and then dispute via our credit card company since we have evidence that they took the item back but did not refund the cost. Absolutely terrible customer service costing us a timely run around. We will not purchase from them again.
6 week wait for a refund !
My 82 year old mum has been waiting since the 12th December for a refund , I have emailed so many times with no response , I’ve contacted through live chat at least 12 times without any help from them , they just fob me off . I’ve called every Monday Tuesday and Wednesday between 9-11 “the team “ are never available. This is beyond a joke now . Even with Christmas the 14 day refund policy should have still been applicable ,I understand the money is nothing to a big company but to an 82 year old person it’s over half her pension!!! .
I’m at my wits end as I have nowhere else to go !

This surely is theft!! I purchased an item in November, sent it back via Post Office tracked - have the proof in both cases and they say they cant find it. Yet one person on the phone last year told me they could find it but refund might take a while.
Phone lines onl open part time. Chat people are USELESS and frankly, this company are a disgrace. TWO MONTHS they have had my money. Will NEVER buy from them again - I only bought this as a gift as my husband likes the brand although heaven known why, its cheap and nasty looking. He wont buy it again though and I certainly wont!!!

Ordered items had an email saying they had been delivered but they hadn't. I contacted customer services they said they would investigate. They didn't and I heard nothing back so I had to track the items down via ups . Turns out they had delivered to wrong address. Under armour could not give a monkeys once they take your money
Non Existent Customer Service
Placed an order for two items. One of the items was wrong (a different cheaper item). Contacted Customer Service - zero response.
Sent the wrong item back for a refund. No confirmation of return. No confirmation of refund. Checked bank account to find UA had refunded me the cost of the cheaper item – not the cost paid for the item ordered.
Contacted Customer Service – still waiting for a response.
Basically UA have stolen money from my account and ignore any contact to resolve the issue.

Ordered a shirt for collection, they didn’t tell me it was ready to collect until the collection point had already returned to sender, then customer support never responded to any of my contact at all

Under Armour advertise collection points that their delivery company have no relationship with. The package is then refused and that is where the fun starts as you are sent on a wild goose chase by their ‘Customer Service’ who provide as little service as possible. Was told I would receive an email from HQ but still nothing after 3 weeks. In the meantime I received an automated message from UA saying my package could not be delivered and I would receive a refund only to then be told by UPS the package had been delivered to a different collection point (4th attempt). Giving 2 stars as product is ok and with sales and discount codes you can get a bargain but god forbid if anything goes wrong and you have to contact their customer service, shambolic.

I love underarmour stuff but the service is absolutely shocking. I ordered something online that never got delivered. To actually get in touch with someone is impossible. I sent them a message and no reply. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so im just getting this resolved that way. I would think twice in a future.

Be very wary of the returns process. Under Armour states on their UK site you can take the parcel to UPS, Post Office etc.
They infact supply you with a Fed Ex label which has very few drop off points. Be prepared to be frustrated and travel here there and everywhere to make a return.
Disgusting service
Ordered on 8th December with plenty of time for a Christmas gift. On 12th tracking showed at depot not connected. On 18th the same. Contacted live chat and asked for a refund. Told they can’t as it’s out for shipping. I pointed out it’s clearly lost. Told it would be passed to the ‘relevant department’ department but no contact. Emailed them on 4th January no response. The fact they don’t even respond to mine and numerous other reviews demonstrates their utter contempt for customers. Will do a charge back through my bank.

Wish there was a - stars option! And wish I’d read the reviews on here before ordering. Absolutely appalling customer service!!! Received my order on December 14th for 2 items and 1 item a was missing. Contacted Under Armour straight away on the ‘chat’ which is the most pointless feature! Was told someone would be in contact as they can’t do anything on the chat. Still hadn’t heard anything a week later so contacted again, it was a Christmas gift so needed the item! Nothing…
Since then have contacted them on chat multiple times, sent multiple messages and not heard a single thing and it’s a month later now. The excuse of ‘we are in a busy period’ - disgusted with the customer service, avoid at all costs, take your money and do not receive your products!!

If you have any issues with a product (my shoes started to fall apart in a matter of weeks) you're stuffed.
