I have been a customer of Underfoot Flooring for a number of years and I have never had a single complaint about the service I have received, both from the staff in the office, namely John and Jordan, and also the fitters that have come to lay new carpet/flooring. I have just had carpeting laid in my lounge/dining room and I am very pleased with every aspect of the service received from them.

We took a bit of time going back and forth to choose our flooring and the guys at Underfoot were always welcoming. They gave us samples, books, big boards with strips of flooring etc on them so we could get the best idea as to what our final choice would look like.
We went with Amtico large herringbone with no border in the end because our house was not square. Great choice. Our fitter was excellent who was very accommodating with our coming & going and our need to shift furniture around.

We had our lobby and lounge screeded and laid with Amtico LVT supplied by Underfoot Flooring in April. We visited their showroom, borrowed samples and had a visit from John before deciding to go ahead with them. We had some periferal tiles lift but were quickly and easily restuck. We are very pleased with the results. I also engaged Underfoot Flooring to carry out a repair on the Flooring at my school which was completed satisfactorily. We found them very helpful and easy to work with. Wholeheartedly recommended them.

John, Jordon and the fitting team did an excellent job in fitting there flooring for our Cafe refurbishment. Would highly recommend!

These guys are nothing short of perfectionists!! We had a large area done in LVT, hallway, kitchen/diner, snug, utility, pantry and two living rooms - basically all of downstairs and they delivered. Such an amazing job and we love it. They're also a really great bunch of guys, a pleasure to have in your home. Our fitters were Stuart, Paul and Jamie - all great. A special thanks to Stuart, who was with us every day throughout and went that extra mile to perfectly finish every detail. Also on hand to offer thoughts on the best way to approach and finish tricky areas. If I had any more floor left to cover, then these guys would be my first call, without any doubt whatsoever. Thank you!

Loved these guys. From Jordan in the showroom being extremely patient with my indecision through to the fantastic team who fitted my carpets I can’t recommend Underfoot Flooring enough.

Following severe smoke damage as a result of a fire in an adjoining office, we had engaged Underfoot to strip out old carpet & vinyl and lay new. Over the past couple of months, they have accommodated our every request and have done an excellent job throughout. They have used various members of their staff all of which have done a great job and been hard working with a great positive attitude. Highly recommend this company.

We are a development of 44 flats spread over 3 blocks and we conducted a full review to find a suitable contractor to replace the carpets in all the communal areas (stairs, hallways and landings).

We awarded the contract to Underfoot and have been delighted with the results. From first contact to final fitting, communication and execution has been excellent – they say what they will do and do what they say. They got the job done with minimal disruption, and feedback from owners has been extremely positive. There will always be a few snagging issues on a project of this size but as soon as Underfoot were notified, they attended and fixed whatever needed doing.

So glad we chose Underfoot and would recommend them without hesitation

We used them for flooring recently. I found them very professional and everyone knew their job very well. The end result was very impressive.

The people in the company have a sound understanding of the products that they sell. The service was fast and efficient. There was a slight hiccup with one threshold bar which was immediately dealt with by the owner who personally delivered it. The fitters left the house clean and tidy.
