Amazing work, quick, efficient, good communication, always my first choice for carpets and flooring

From start to finish, the experience was very professional. John presented great options with different budgets to help select both floor & carpet options. They were very flexible with install dates & the boys who installed were on point & did an excellent job. Would 100% recommend using Underfoot !

From start to finish the experience of purchasing new carpet was excellent! Staff were knowledge, helpful and friendly. Calling to enquire about a carpet I had seen starting with measuring & a quote through to purchasing and having it laid was an easy pleasant experience. The fitters arrived on time, done a great job in a reasonable time and left the house looking tidy. Communication was great. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again

I wanted new flooring for 4 rooms in my flat. I wanted it to last a long time and needed it done to a high standard. I purchased Quick Step Laminate from Underfoot Flooring and had their fitters lay it.

I felt looked after from the very beginning. Neil and John are knowledgeable and communicative, and were always on hand for anything I needed.

The fitters, Jamie and Paul, were friendly and polite. They made the whole process run really smoothly. They worked tirelessly and efficiently, with minimum disruption.

The workmanship is superb. Great attention to detail has been paid. I can’t find a single flaw in the work that’s been done. The job was completed in good time.

It looks so amazing and is money very well spent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A new kitchen meant new flooring was needed. researched several suppliers and Underfoot came out well. A visit to their showroom and help from the pre-sales team, with lots of examples to take home and try on the floor. Once we'd decided the process went well and due to hold-ups underfloor held our delivery in their facility for 6 months. The installation team worked well and overcame a few unexpected headaches that only appeared when the old flooring came up. They did a great install job and took away all the rubbish. I would recommend them and in 25 years when our new floor wears out I'd happily use the again

We initially used Underfoot Flooring for Amtico bathroom, and we have followed that by having Amtico installed in the hall (herring bone style) and living room (planks), and all bedroom carpets. Professional service. Very pleased with the result.

Friendly helpful staff and well equipped warehouse and office. Both fitters that came were very friendly and thorough and did a good job. Where there appeared to be places that the flooring wasn't even, we were advised that it would settle with time, which it did.

We have our amtico flooring nicely done by Underfoot Flooring. Pre-installation was efficient and responsive. The fitters were professional and friendly always with smiles. The work was done fast and neatly. Price is bespoke and acceptable. We are loving our lovely flooring now.

Used Underfoot Flooring to fit Amtico flooring in our hallway and dining room. We were really pleased with the finished result and the service we received from John and the fitters. Highly recommended!

Replaced old vinyl tiles with new sheet vinyl and repaired failed adjacent screed and vinyl floor. Work was excellent and completed on time. Admin communication also excellent. Very pleased with work and will use again.
