Its a gamble, expect the animal to come sick and/or with parasites. The have no care for the animal except that it gets to you alive during shipping, which is the easy part..

Sent me a rainbow Jacksons Chameleon with severe metabolic bones disease and a necrotic. The chameleon couldn't use his back legs by the 4th day I had him. ( Takes WEEKS OR MONTHS TO GET THAT BAD) And the tip of his tail rotted off within a few days. They then at the very very least sent me a replacement. It was not only dead on a arrival but his tongue was severely mangled and dried and he looked emaciated. Do not trust this place.

Sick and Dying. I Bought from the twice both times we're horrible. They switch my spider out with one you can get a Pet store. The baby turtle 🐢 had a problem with his shell. He die within a week of arrival and they didn't reship out a new friend. Don't use these guys they f< cking sucking

I give these guys five stars. I receive three of my baby hatchlings Savannah monitors. They arrived on time and seem very healthy. Gave him a few hours to adjust to the new habitat. He was eating pretty good

I just ordered from these guys did so a little hesitantly because of their not so great reputation but they have been the only place that ive ever caught with moon crabs in stock I ordered a 3 pack as I had a pretty big set up for them the price communication and shipping was great from UG the only thing is I got 2 well developed good size crabs and one teeny tiny baby? luckily I had the stuff on hand and was able to make him his own small set up cause if I had placed him in with the others, they would have killed him I knew not to do that but if they had gotten someone with out that knowledge the little guy would have been toast! over all im happy with the purchase but a little disappointed they would do that and put the baby in danger I emailed them to let them know hopefully they are more careful in the future not cool UG :(

BEWARE They are selling wild caught animals and listing them as captive breed. They give absolutely no regards for the animals health before shipping them out. Better off spending your money with someone who cares.

Great customer service and I made mistake on a order I called them and got me exactly what I want and got it the next day and even on a chili time to get him shipped they put a heat pad and he was wrapped safely. But UPS don't get 5 stars sure as hell didn't handle my box careful like there supposed to shaking my box around but UNDERGROUND REPTILES THANK YOU. I WILL GO THROUGH YOU AGAIN and then reptile was healthy when I received him

I had an awful experience with this seller. I ordered two tree frogs, and both arrived completely unresponsive. I gave them time to warm up and acclimate, but they never moved and quickly turned discolored and yellow—they were clearly dead on arrival.

When I contacted the seller for help, I was shocked to be offered only 50% of their value for TWO dead animals. That is completely unacceptable. This wasn’t a minor issue—this was a total loss, and the response showed zero accountability or genuine customer care.

Based on this experience, I absolutely would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

They need to update their site or be happy with being sued for lying. First they had wrong info about shipping as it was years old the manager said. After the young rude girl was just horrific on the phone... I loved these guys and now I hate them. I even allowed sick animals at times but now I just don't wanna deal with their bs. Worst place to order from unless you know how to deal with parasites. Or have vet money. It want wrong shipment info.

Ordered 3 baby giant pixie frogs on 11/04/2025. Shipped 11/05/2015 & received on 11/06/2025. One was dead upon arrival. The 2nd was dying. The third seems okay so far but only time will tell. They offered to replace them IF I placed another order. I’m giving 3 stars because the Asian water monitor I ordered in the past seems to be doing well so there’s that. However I would like a refund or free replacement of the 2 frogs.

We received order. Noted missing geico and a dead tree frog. Send message to underground reptiles. They in turn told me to contact order issue. Filed complaint on friday. Monday stated need pictures of packing material and stated packing label said 2 was shipped. Explained no longer have box because got rid of boxes over weekend. This morning another frog died. Nothing to be done. If you order from them, order at your own discretion

I ordered a hatching albino red ear slider from them. They were 75 dollars cheaper than all the other top breeders! He came over night and he is PERFECT! One of the most gorgeous little guys I have ever seen! So lively and curious! I was skeptical due to some bad reviews but that goes to show 1 person's bad experiences doesn't account for everyone else's!

Don’t buy anything, I used to love them when I first got all my animals. In fact I’d even watch their livestreams, they sell half dead animals. All with parasites that are internal, I’ve had animals before. All of my snakes died of parasites and underground knows that, so they have policy’s that avoid that. Such a scammy business, imagine being okay with yourself knowing you’re selling animals that you neglected. I had a female orange dream adult, I paid $160 with shipping, I thought it was a deal too good, turns out it was. They didn’t want to pay the vet bills to get her healthy, so instead they sold her at a cheap price, didn’t say anything. In fact I bought her while watching a livestream, they even said “she’s beautiful and In great health. Nope full of parasites, I had to treat her for mites which worked. Not enough though, internal parasites killed her too fast. By the time I realized something was off, the next day she was dead. Oh and that happened to all of my snakes around the same time. They even sent me a corn snake that died because it ate a mouse to big for it. I genuinely hate this company more than anything, anyone who cares about animals would never be so scummy.

I got a DeKay's brown snake a week ago and totaled about 150$ with shipping. When it arrived, I noticed the package was not heated properly - however, the snake was, thankfully, alive. However, he seemed extremely traumatized, and he seemed to have difficulty breathing and shedding. I later figured out he had pseudomonas. And about an hour ago, I found him dead.

They also have not been helpful when it comes to customer support. They've offered no replacement or refund, as they promised when I bought him.

In short: Don't buy from these people!

This company is as crooked as they come. Do not buy anything from here.
I ordered two rain frogs, which were not inexpensive and expressed that I was very concerned about the cold weather. One frog arrived dead I went through all the instructions sent the pictures, and they lie. I had told the original Representative that it was way too cold here and she insisted that it would be fine and that they would put heat packs in the packaging. This poor animal must’ve suffered terribly. They do not give refunds. They lie.
And will do anything, but give the honest and correct customer service. Never order from the shady operation.

They dont take care of their animals.
They fully support and fund the wild capture of reptiles which is a huge problem for the wild populations long term survivability.
They sell animals that can only be sourced from poor practices or illegal trading.
If you buy from underground reptiles, you are supporting the torture of animals you apparently care about.

I have had some experience with receiving dead animals but they always did take care of that but still I feel that the poor animal should never have to go through such trauma and it's not like this happened overnight these animals were clearly not taken care of and we're not looked over before they were sent out. I'm pretty frustrated with the format of their auctions these days. Ever since they started this overtime option it has really caused these auctions to suck. And I kind of think there's some shady s**t going on when the first bid is high and then that person doesn't bid again it makes me wonder if they have some insider making the first bid ridiculously high just so that they can get a large amount of money right off the bat. what is the point of having an auction end time when they just override it with these extended time option? I feel like they just want to keep getting as much money as possible which sucks because that was the reason why I looked forward to these auctions was so I could afford these animals that I would normally be able to but now it's like sometimes you're paying more than the regular retail price.. So it's a shame that they've turned so deceptive and greedy. Elite my butt you don't get anything special by joining that.
