I bought a Yellowfoot tortoise from Glades Reptiles through MorphMarket. Glade Reptiles was great to deal with. I paid for the turtle tow months before I wanted them to send it, because of the winter weather in St. Louis, and when I figured the weather was good, they sent the tortoise immdeiately. The little fella was in perfect shape. Would definitely buy again.

Stay far away from morph market, they discriminate and will NOT let you Join the site to sell, and for absolutely no apparent reason, there probably racist!

Some sellers are reputable, most to many are not and MorphMarket will refuse to protect the buyer in almost all circumstances. They are no help in customer service and if you need to speak to an actual person, good luck. This whole site is a shame as it used to be well intentioned until it was bought out. I had a particularly bad experience with Cheyenne Loeffler of Cheyennes exotics. She stole my money and never shipped. MorphMarket refused to help.

Morph Market did not cover me when I was scammed by a badge seller. Morph Market even changed their policy in the middle of the dispute. Do not buy from Morph Market if you want to be protected.

Horrible customer service. They claim to have live shipping insurance but they dont refund anything for delayed shipments.

Amazing marketplace for reptile hobbyists.

MorphMarket is unethical. Complete lack of any customer service skills. They do not have any way of contacting them via phone. You have to contact them via numerous back channel emails and they continuously transfer you from division to division. They never reply with a persons actual name. The customer never has any idea whom they are corresponding with. Complete lack of personal accountability also. They side with the "breeders" who pay a monthly fee to use their site.

I have purchased from LLC Reptiles twice now. Both times have been a pleasure. They are honest, responsive and attentive to detail. Both animals were in top shape. I can't think of anything I would change about the way they conduct business..

Very horrible customer service will not respond paid 4 months worth of memberships and the whole time my store wasn’t even visible to the public write a bunch of emails complaining I was having problems they finally emailed me and refunded my money and said they weren’t gonna approve my store. Terrible way to do business

Horrible customer service from company reps, they don't care about their customers and only care that you pay memberships to sell and will not help when you get scammed by their approved sellers, would avoid using this website for anything at all!

A seller tried to rob me company wouldn't help me basically told me to let this guy rob me I got lucky and pay pal forced seller to refund me after they sided with the guy who tried to rob me was unreal don't trust these guys they will not enforce ur buyers rights this was major seler tried to rob me for 650 bucks while ranting like a drunk animal that I didn't deserve a refund I was owed because he wouldn't ship or deliver my reptile never ever trust morph to fix any issue and never trust a seller on morph they can and will rob u and the web site will help them do it thank God pay pal was on my side imagine being robbed and the seller telling u to ur face good luck lieing to people saying ur un the wrong and having a web site side with him while this guy hiding behind a phone counting money if it wasn't for pay pal this guy would of gotten away with this ill never trust morph market again with my business or cash I felt violated for months while they had the nerve to smile and tell me it's ok sorry sir were siding with this guy and please stop harassing him was a response I got as if I'm harrassing someone who's trying to rob me for almost 700

I have had nothing but amazing experiences working with morphmarket and the breeders I've found there. I absolutely love MorphMarket. They are upgrading and adding amazing features continuously.

This company does a nice job taking the trash out and supporting the members who contribute to a great experience for buyers and sellers alike. App is always kept up-to-date and the latest features are rolled out in a timely manner. Bugs are always fixed quickly, and just an overall a great experience . Good on you D.D.

The best place for any repltile lover, huge range of the exotic animals.

There is no better marketplace to buy and sell reptiles, I have successfully bought and sold reptiles on the platfrom and have had all positive experiences. I love most of the changes the new management has implemented. I love that I can sell and shop both locally or all over the country.

Most sellers on the morph market are good but still there are scammers. Therefore, all the buyers should have to be careful. The website morphmarket owner does not want to help out the buyers. They always have reason to decline their help.

Owner will block you if you leave a bad review and/ or post about you on social media after he blocks you.

Not a safe place for sellers buyers can scam you, Moderators are out right nazis they can ban you just off competition mass reporting your store and permanently ban you for no reason and customer service will just ignore your appeals. Paying 20-80 bucks a month to just get banned and have them take your hard earned money is out right disgusting.
We gave them a try and yes we made a few listing mistakes but nothing horrible or wrong. We were getting good reviews from happy customers and get hit with a ban over an accusation saying our animals are wild caught and our low prices just proves it so we are banned. We tried reaching out so we could prove it but they just ignored us... disgusting

Terrible experience, half of the reptiles are imported reptiles.sellers or flippers will use marketing like “captive bred” to market and sell. Selling illegal and non native reptiles, not stopping it. For example, using loopholes for turtles under 4 inches. Selling sick reptiles and not stopping it. I would go to expos or local breeders before messing with the online platform.

this is single handedly the best place to get reptiles.
better then Backwater and all the others, especially petco or petsmart. would recommend
