First of all, the star map was absolutely gorgeous and the customer service was first rate. I bought the map as a gift for Christmas, and it was so fantastic to have the option of receiving the file as a PDF the very same day I ordered it!!! I printed the map here in Canada (24X36) and the price was more expensive than if I had ordered it printed from Underluckystars, which is just another reason to love this company!

Great company to work with. I received my order damaged. They replaced it and we’re very apologetic. If the company is as good as Natalia was with customer service, they will go a long way. Thanks again. My wife loved it.

Beautiful product and outstanding customer service! I purchased the watch but my package was lost in transit and all of the staff was so helpful and helped get my watch on time! And now that I have the watch in my hands I can only say it’s even more beautiful upfront! Thanks guys!

My package was running late due to postal strikes. Was getting worried it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. The support team were amazing. They chased it up themselves with Royal Mail. Clarified exactly what the situation was, gave me some complimentary pdf files of my purchase worth £25 and offered to send a replacement if the purchase wasn't delivered in time. If all companies staff were like these then the world would be a better place. Well done.

Bought as a Christmas present. Got unframed as I wanted a specific frame to go with the other pictures. Looks super and wrapped extremely well. Looks stunning in the frame. Unique gift but stunning.

The painting is beautiful, but it was a week late and arrived with multiple folds that ruined the picture. Finding a frame that fit the size was also dificilt.

I liked the idea of it and was happy with what I read about it but when it arrived I really didn't think it was worth the amount of money it cost for a sheet of paper 30cm x40cm . I could have got all this and printed myself for a small fraction of the price.

The star map shipped quickly and in one piece- all in a large package, safely nestled in heavy duty bubble wrap. It's such a great gift, and I'm a sentimental fool. Having a nice memento celebrating 10 years together- well, let's just say I might even teared up.

If I had one complaint, it's that your selection is seriously limited‐ there's only a dozen or so backgrounds to choose from, and only a couple were appealing to me. There's also only a handful of frame options to choose from. If they had more backgrounds- especially with star themes- or even allowed you to do custom backgrounds, this would be a regular purchase for me. I've already bought two- but I think the limited options are preventing me from buying a third.

We truly love both our star maps- the one we made for 10 years of dating, and now the one we made for 10 years of being engaged. If ULS would please add more backgrounds, we'd quickly buy another to commemorate our wedding- and eventually the births of each child we'll have together.

Very pleased with the quality of the maps and the frames. I ordered three of them, so me for my birthday, one for my wife’s birthday and one for the date we married. They look fantastic and make an excellent gift for anyone!

I’m going to give this lovely reminder of our wedding day to my husband at Christmas. He’s sentimental like that. The map is a gorgeous deep blue on heavy paper that will plaque-mount beautifully. Fast. Efficient service.

What can I say that could come close to constructive criticism? Nothing. I was very pleased with my star map. It was exactly as shown but the quality was above what I was expecting. I regret not getting it framed through them. Their standards are high and their price is comparable to any others out there. It arrived here quickly in perfect shape, thanks to the couriers as well as sturdy terrific packaging. I am thrilled to bits and I hope my partner will be as well. Thank you kindly I will be getting another for a friend very soon.

The star maps are beautiful and that's definitely a very special and a great gift for your loved ones. Even though there was a problem with the shipment of my order, the staff of Under Lucky Stars was very kind and helpful, and sent me a new star map, even without me asking.

The product was delivered within the promised period and in perfect. The paper the constellation was printed on was of premium quality. Really felt like a luxurious artifact.

Outstanding quality and a very unique gift. I gave this to my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary and she loved it. The two gold rings on the black background really stands out and draws attention to it. This exceeded my expectations!

Got this gift as a birthday present for a close friend. She loved everything about it. I of course didn't tell her what I was getting her or when I was getting it, and it was a delight when she excitedly called me and asked me if I was the one who got it for her. She sent me pics of the star chart and it was just as good as shown on the website. This gift is as thoughtful as it gets, and am definitely planning on getting it for someone else next year.
