We were very impressed with the service from Under Stairs Storage from start to finish. Richard was extremely helpful in potential designs for us, and the fitter was very professional and polite, and worked very hard for the day. From the initial enquiry through to the final instalment the service from Under stairs storage has been excellent. The finished product is fantastic and looks amazing. It feels very solid and functions exactly as promised. Yes this product is more expensive than other companies but I truly feel that the final build quality is far superior. You know that it is built to last and the fact that they offer a lifetime warranty proves they stand behind their work. James the fitter was polite and professional and work so hard to complete the work to the highest standard. Communication from Richard was excellent and you really feel that the customer service level is first and foremost. Couldn’t be happier.

Richard and his team were great throughout the planning and installation process and the result is a fantastic set of drawers and cupboards.

At the start I was concerned that relying on photos and my own measurements would result in problems, however I was reassured that much of the cutting to exact size would be done onsite on the day and this was proved right when the installation went smoothly. The installer completed the build in a single day and also made sure to protect the floor and tidy up afterwards.

When researching the company, I felt it was a bit odd that all the reviews were 5 stars, but now I can see why all the reviews are good. The only disappointment was that we had to wait over a month for installation but it is not a surprise given the quality of the product and service, that there is plenty of demand!

In terms of value, we got several quotes beforehand and USS was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but given the results I think it was excellent value.

The under stair storage drawers and cupboard couldn’t be better. The craftsmanship, professionalism by James was fantastic. He worked his socks off from early morning till about 8 o’clock in the evening. The finish of the units is just what we wanted. Great value for the price. Would certainly recommend Richard and the companies product to anyone.

We are beyond thrilled with our new storage! James came to fit the 6 drawers and tallboy on Monday and somehow managed to get it installed in one day. Everything was made to measure for the space and the quality is excellent.
Before going ahead with the project, we'd spoken to a couple of other suppliers, who were cheaper than Understairs storage, but used pre-made drawers and cupboards to fill the space. After reading the reviews etc of both companies, we decided to go ahead with Richard and the team who were able to really capitalise on the space available and offered a lifetime guarantee on the work.
As well as making a lot of difference to our living room, its also allowed us to reorganise cupboards and storage in other rooms, freeing up space throughout the house. Really happy, thanks Team!

There was a slight issue with the size of the cupboard door, which was raised and swiftly rectified to ensure the fit completed as per the agreed dates

Excellent service from start to finish! The process was extremely smooth – from quotation to installation. Richard was very responsive to all my questions and he even visited my property. I am very happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a messy under stairs area, with inaccessible coat hooks and shoes everywhere. Under Stairs Storage transformed the space in one day, and we now have 6 drawers, and a tallboy with pull out coat hook.
James, our fitter, was a great guy, still cheerful at the end of 12 solid hours. His attention to detail was very impressive, and it was amazing to watch him cut and build bespoke storage to fit the space exactly.
Richard, from the office, called next day to make sure we were happy. You don't see this level of customer service very much in the modern world.
We also had quotes from Sharps and Clever Closet. Sharps were essentially offering built-in wardrobes with doors and shelves, rather than drawers. Clever Closet offer fixed-size units, which didn't use the full depth of the space.
Under Stairs Storage are a smidge pricier, but they gave us a beautiful bespoke solution that maximises the use of the space, exactly what we wanted. And when I go into the hall, it looks like it was always there. We love it.
When he left, James said "Thank you for having me." It was a real pleasure to meet you. And the storage is beautiful.
