Highly recommend. Great service from start to finish. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us to decide what to go for. The installation by James was great too.

We recently had Under Stairs Storage UK come to install our new storage area, 3 drawers and a tallboy cupboard under our stairs. The experience from beginning to end is worthy of the time to write this review. I initially reached out to two company's offering, on face value, similar products. Richard from USS phoned me very promptly to follow up on my enquiry and gave me all the information i could possibly need to help make an informed decision. The appeal with USS was the larger overall size units as well as a made to measure service where the units are cut to size while at your home/premises and not just a flat pack installation. There was no pushy sales speech or push, in fact quite the opposite, all information was given (&emailed) on spec and price and then i was left to explore all alternatives to ensure the decision made was the right one for us. This was not the cheapest option, it was indeed more expensive than a flat pack type installation but entirely worth the extra money for the finish and precision we have, the result is flawless and we could not be happier. There was initially a wait for installation, we were happy with this but Richard did manage to pull this forward for us which was even better. Again, we were super happy with our installer, he worked tirelessly to ensure every cut was perfect. As with anything that is man made, there is always room for minor imperfections and the following day in natural day light we did notice a very slight misalignment on one of the drawers that couldn't be seen in the late afternoon/early evening with the shadows. I contacted Richard to make him aware, and this part for me is the telling part of a story when you have paid in full for a service, and that is how well a company shows up after the fact. Now, whilst this was only the day after, Richard could not be more keen to get this sorted and for this to be perfect and had James, another of his installers to come after finishing a job in London to address the alignment issue, which he did and its really perfect.! I have since been in touch with Richard on a few other details and the contact has been consistent, as has the overall customer experience and service. The difference we paid over the nearest possibly alternative for the overall quality of product and service, as well as a lifetime guarantee on the product pays for itself, worth every penny for us. Thank you Richard, Radovan, James and all the team - you are wonderful and i would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for something similar.

When me and my wife were lookingat the space under our stairs, we had no idea what we really wanted to do. Because of this, we started hunting online for ideas and came across Under Stairs Storage and their portfolio through Instagram. From what we saw, and from the reviews we saw online, we were impressed by what we saw. As with any service you haven't used previously, we were skeptical on whether it would be worth the price with which we were detailed for the work we wanted done. We eventually decided (after much deliberation with other potential companies) to go with USS.

We opted for a colour matching option as well since our balustrade was painted using the colour "Urban Obsession". This really helped to keep our design plan in place. Once the date of the installation came up, I was greeted with James and Dom who were both considerate with regards to ensuring no damage to our flooring, and they also took their shoes off where necessary. More to the point, they kept asking questions to ensure everything was met to our expectations and then some. After the installation was put in place in literally half a day, both me and my wife loved the end result since we were crying for more storage space to be made available, and this did exactly that. They even fitted a mirror onto our storage door, which they didn't need to do as this was optional.

We also had a cupboard door that needed cut in half and refitted. Not only did they do this, but they also edged the wood to make it look like their own cabinet doors for the installation, so you would think it was actually from their own manufacturing line. All in all, Richard, James, and Dom handled the whole process from initial talk to installation and aftercare with respectu and consideration (since we still require a key holder hook set for inside the top drawer).

If you are looking at considering an under stair storage installation, you will do right by considering USS as your go to business.

I decided to go for Understairs Storage despite them being more expensive than others and I'm so pleased i did. From start to finish Richard was really helpful and knowledgeable meaning we had a bespoke design which totally satisfied our storage requirements.
On the day James the fitter worked like a true trojan only stopping briefly for lunch. There was never any hard sell and the aftercare service has been great too.
I was a little skeptical when i saw that all the reviews were 100% 5 stars but having now been through the process here i am doing the same.
I have no issue in wholeheartedly recommending Richard and the team.

We would thoroughly recommend this company, product and James the fitter. Everything we hoped for, from the first phone call to Richard, to James clearing up after he had finished a first class job.

Excellent service throughout. Really good advice on design and planning, with clear communication. The team turned up on time and finished everything in a day. Good value for money, even offered a custom door to a nearby cupboard to finish the job!

We received a great service from Richard and James. Very quick response to our enquiry and our cupboards are beautiful.

The lead time is about 6 weeks so don't leave your order till the last minute - it's a very popular product so there is high demand.

The price is quite high but for the quality and service I have no regrets - you get what you pay for and I really think we have added value to our home.

I love my cupboards - I only wish we'd had them installed years ago!

I am so delighted with the cupboards that I don’t know where to start! The service from Richard was fantastic, the fitter James, was brilliant and the actual units are perfect! I am more than happy with the end result and the storage that they create is amazing. The pricing was competitive and upfront - none of those annoying ‘extras’ that often get added for things like this. I would absolutely recommend USS without hesitation. Can not fault the company at all - from start to finish Richard guided me through the process and the fitter worked all day to make sure our storage fitted perfect. Would 100% recommend under stairs storage for their service and value for money.

Really pleased with this crowd. Richard was great and made sure I was happy with the design and layout. Booked in and sent a reminder a few days before installation. James came round on the morning and went to work. He did it all in one day and it was a great job. I'm very pleased with the result.

Delivered and installed on time as promised, can’t ask for more than that! Made exactly to measure not just a modified off the shelf item. Very professional installation very talented fitter.

We needed more storage in our house and investigated improving the storage under the stairs. We looked at several options. Richard was great at explaining our options and the pros & cons of these; and the design was produced as we spoke and met all our needs. They have now been installed bu James. He too was great: timely, professional, and took pride in his work. The final product is better than we hoped and we couldn't be more happy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with both the service and the product received. Installation was quick and all mess was cleared away. Storage units themselves are excellent quality and have transformed previously wasted space.

We did look around some suppliers but decided on this company because of the depth of drawers and quality of materials. No regrets about our choice. In the event the storage was fitted within a few days of booking. David arrived very promptly and had started the work by 8 a.m. He was very easy to get along with, and worked hard and efficiently all day. He was here for the best part of 12 hours and left everything spotless. Highly recommended.

There was an issue with the install ( new house build issues, non straight wall etc) but Richard offered several solutions to overcome the problem and the fitter James communicated these and went the extra mile to remedy the situation
