We were extremely Impressed from start to finish with the service we only waited 8 weeks for our work to be done. but Richard was extremely helpful I arranging our instalation and giving details. Communication was spot on.
We would definately reccomend understairs storage UK. The end result is so much better than we imagined. We have so much space under our stairs now amazing we love it thank you so much.

When I initially contacted 'understairsstorage', all communication was done via email, measurements were given by myself and I was a little apprehensive about no one actually coming out to see the job. My worries were completely unwarranted. They kept me informed and up to date. All of the materials were delivered by a lovely and professional delivery man approx 3 days before installation. They arrived at the exact time specified. Rad, the craftsman, was kind, friendly and the consummate professional. The equipment he had at his disposal was astonishing. He worked tirelessly for 2 x 12 hour days and completed in those 2 days. He had also done my neighbour's the previous 2 days. The workmanship involved was very impressive and at an affordable price. He worked outside on the 2 coldest days at the end of March but erected his own gazebo to work under. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough, everything was to such a high standard. The end result was far better than my expectations. Thank you to 'understairsstorage'.

Under Stairs Storage completed a brilliant job and I would recommend this company highly. The installer arrived as he said he would, worked professionally and cleanly to a high standard. Rad was very polite and consulted with us throughout the job. Under Stairs Shortage is now working on my neighbours under stairs storage. Richard gave me lots of information and talked me through how the job would be completed which was very reassuring.

This project was like clockwork from the start. We sent a drawing with measurements to them and the design came back for our approval. Then there were a couple of phone calls to confirm some details and an indicative installation date given.

About a week before the indicative date we got a message confirming the date, giving the installer name and expected time of arrival. On the day?…..you’ve got it! Installer turned up on time.
The whole process was smooth, the knockout was quick and tidy. All rubbish bagged and placed outside. There was minimal dust and disruption. The framework was also installed on day 1.

The second day the drawers and fronts were made and installed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic. One of our “triangle” drawers was a little awkward so an extra runner was installed to assist in smooth running.

We cannot fault this. The gaps around each drawer are equal and even. We even had suggestions on how to load the drawers to assist in the smooth running.

We have no hesitation in recommending this company and product to family and friends.

This is what you want from a company, prompt and respectful sales service, all things explained by e-mail or phone call, also listened to my requirements, as opposed to selling what they thought.

Installation on the day agreed, the installer was very polite, all the work areas were protected and with minimal disruption. On completion all the work area’s were cleaned / vacuumed to my satisfaction.

The installers were very courteous and did a wonderful job. They tweaked the design on the day to make it work perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the end product!

Very good from design stage to the final fit

Thoroughly recommend. Well organised ahead of fitting date. Our fitters were excellent - punctual, professional and with an eye for detail and perfection. They protected our floor ahead of fitting & cleaned up afterwards. We’re thrilled with the end result. The customer service pre and post fitting by Richard was excellent.

I'd highly recommend UnderStairsStorage. We found them to be slightly more expensive than the other options we got quotes from but we looked at the materials and specs and decided that, like most things in life, you get what you pay for. It definitely proved to be true. The communication in the lead up to the installation was excellent and the installer, James, was polite, friendly and professional. The quality of the storage is excellent. Every detail is perfect, the quality of materials is second to none and it's just wow. Edges, distances of gaps, strength of build, alignment, smooth sliding of drawers, the click of the push-to-open draws - all perfect. And then there's the reassurance of a lifelong guarantee. Look around if you must, you won't get better under stairs storage than this.

Excellent Product, the final built and installed Under stairs Cupboards exceeded our expectations both visually and functionally, We now have masses of practical, easy to access functional storage. James the installer was excellent, very polite, worked in a very clean manner and built a top class finished Product. Would strongly recommend the Under Stairs cupboards and James!!

If you want great under stairs storage, you don't need to look any further than this company. Everything went right. From first contact with Richard, through to specification of what would be done, scheduled installation date met with no delays and, finally, installation today by James, whose work ethic was fantastic.

Every now and again, you come across a company that has got it right, Under Stairs Storage is one of them.

Now, I only give credit where credit is due and I'm always wary of accepting Facebook advertisements at face value. Under Stairs Storage, what can I say? Well, I did have some built previously, by an independent contractor who came highly recommended. In fairness, he fitted new doors, frames skirting and was hood. But, in less than 6months I ripped out his attempted building of understairs cupboards.
So I looked into Richard and his company, seemed to have very good reviews, videos of work looked great.
I contacted Richard, very quick response, plan drawn, good email and telephone communication and we decided to go ahead. SO GLAD we did!!! Agreed the date, the fitter James arrived, prompt, polite, worked like a Trojan for almost 12hrs with little break and a superb workmanship, very tidy too. Cannot fault the customer service, workmanship, politeness. Very very happy with the result.
We have wardrobes fitted in the dressing room, less work in those too (by a well known bedroom company) and almost twice the price of our new storage (and that was almost 10 years ago!!)
If you're undecided, on this company, don't be. I'd them recommend to anyone.

When we moved in to our new house we had a big staircase (nice) but no storage (bad). After a bit of Pinteresting and Googling around we came across Under Stairs Storage.

They were great from the start. From the initial call with Richard all the way to installation they were perfect. They were happy to stay on the phone with us for 2-3hrs to explain everything which was really useful. During installation, the fitter was extremely professional, clean and did an incredible job.

The storage unit itself is very spacious and we’ve put away all the shoes and coats hanging around in the living room. Everyone who comes in the house always comments on how cool it looks.

Really pleased with the whole service provided by Under stairs storage.

Whilst they were more expensive than alternatives I can understand why, the products they use and customer service is better than any completion I contacted.

The young lad who came out was very polite and just cracked on with the job in hand hand making the storage unit on my drive way.
