SCAM ALERT: Fake "Free Trial", and Refused Refunds!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Undetectable AI is engaging in highly deceptive billing practices and false advertising.
I signed up through their advertised "FREE 3-day trial". However, their core humanize feature is fundamentally broken. Every single time I tried to use it, the system failed and gave me a "Something went wrong" error.
Since the product literally does not work, I immediately contacted their support (a rep named Venice) well within the 3-day trial window to cancel and request a refund. Instead of honoring their trial period, they forced the $60 annual charge to post to my credit card and completely refused to refund my money.
Their website proudly claims a "Money back guarantee if anything we produce is flagged as not human." Yet, when their system is completely paralyzed and produces NOTHING at all, they refuse to give your money back! Instead, they offered me "rollover words" for a platform that is technically broken on my end. Why would I want credits for a service I cannot even use?
They trap you with the promise of a free trial, deliver a defective product, and then hijack your funds. I am now forced to file a chargeback dispute with my bank for consumer fraud and report their merchant account to Stripe.
Save your money and your time. This company is a complete scam.

I was charged $228.69 immediately after signing up for a “3-day free trial,” which is very misleading. I have contacted support multiple times over the past 4 days and received no response. I have already reported this to my bank as an unauthorized charge and initiated a chargeback. Please be careful before entering your card details here.
I purchased a year subscription for $60…
I purchased a year subscription for $60 USD mainly to use the Humanizer. As with most things I subscribe too that I only intend to use a year I canceled only a few days into subscription. Every time you do that it is ONLY supposed to cancel the reoccurring charges. What they did was take away the entire year that I had already paid for 2 days prior and did not even refund me a dime. They stole $60. I contacted them twice and have never had any reply back from them.

Extremely misleading. They sort of lured you in, and now you're being charged for a full plan? Fine, but there's no rollover credits if I didn't use anything, and cancelling will also make me lose my current plan, which I paid for? I don't understand a thing from this site. And they haven't even responded to my email.
SCAM No automatic cancellation + scam attempt
No automatic cancellation. You have to send email. What if there is noone on the other end to respond? The cancellation after that was ignored although I asked explicitly for confirmation. Luckily my bank blocked it however I had to order new card as it was marked as a scam. Stay away. Use grammarly or similar legit service.

Great at deceiving customers!
Be careful when purchasing a trial. I thought I was just buying a credit but just discovered that a charge I thought was for something else was actually a subscription I didn't know I was enrolled in. I think I may have been paying for YEARS! No emails from the company, never checked off a membership auto -renewal or for that matter any clear membership sign-up at all. To cancel they make you send an email with a bunch of details. For a tech company you'd think they could create an easier cancelation process. Of course, it is all just deceitful consumer practices which, given the nature of the product, I should not be surprised by. As for the product, if I remember correctly the text they spit out might have been undetectable but it was not good writing so what's the point? That's why their offer of letting me keep mu "unused credits" rather than give me a partial refund is pretty laughable. Still I'm giving 5 stars for not only being good at deceiving customers out of their money but doing it, at least in my case, in a way that was undetectable!

I subscribed to the service expecting reliable results, but unfortunately the delivered service did not meet the expectations they advertise. The results provided by the tool were often inaccurate and clearly questionable, meaning you constantly have to double-check everything yourself. This defeats the whole purpose of using such a service.
When I decided to cancel my subscription, I discovered that I could not get a refund. Even worse, after the cancellation they removed all of my remaining credits, which I had already paid for. That was extremely disappointing.
Overall, the service did not deliver the reliability it promises, and the way the cancellation and credits were handled made the experience even worse. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before purchasing this service and always verify the results independently.
