They dont have any good or budget friendly options. Prior to the process they will forward you few options and once the initial £250 is paid ( which is non refundable even if you dont like the property) and will inform the option shown prior are booked already and will ask to pay to the agents for viewing and to landlords as deposit even prior to confirmation.
And all the team works from outside UK.

Great service
Great service. Got help from one of their members called Keenan that showed me all the different possibilities of accommodation, he answered all my questions no matter how silly I thought they were and was extremely patient with my replies. He broke everything down to me and helped me pick out my perfect place to stay in. Would definitely recommend going through them if you are unsure on accommodation or don’t know where to start. It definitely narrowed everything down with their help.
