Very poor. Staked £30 and won my money back on the 300 free spins. But, the winnings were not REAL money.

Didn't think they'd pay out when I won a bet with odds of 31 with a free bet. But they did!

My experience with Unibet / 32Red / Kindred Group has been extremely concerning. Despite being excluded at one brand, the group allowed me to reopen an account at another and accepted thousands of pounds in deposits. This should never have been possible under UKGC rules on cross‑brand exclusion and customer protection.

I raised a formal complaint months ago, covering exclusion‑matching failures, identity‑matching failures, DSAR omissions, and account‑handling issues. To date, I have received no acknowledgement, no response, and no deadlock letter, which operators are required to provide under SR Code 6.1.1.

Several of their published complaint inboxes now bounce back as invalid, making it impossible for customers to reach their compliance team. This raises serious concerns about transparency, governance, and whether the operator is meeting its regulatory obligations.

I am now escalating the matter to the UK Gambling Commission, ICO, ADR, and legal routes. This review reflects my experience and the complete lack of engagement from the operator.

Absolutely shocking, so I was playing a game over 150 spins and only 5 of those spins had the thing needed for a feature, and then when I put more money in, it decided to disconnect me from the game, when I went back everything had been reset to the beginning, so I've closed me account and would advice people to go and play another site.
