Graham really help today with the leak in the bathroom from the toilet

The issue of kitchen tap not functioning properly was handled swiftly by Graham. We now have water running through the tap as desired.

Graham came and was able to fix the broken light in my bathroom quickly that had been bothering me for months, excellent work and very polite and helpful!

Reported my bottom step had detached from the wall and was very wobbly late Wednesday evening. Had a call from Graham at 2pm the following day and within the hour, he had attended the property and secured and repaired the step in question. Always lovely getting the chance to chat with Graham. Very good maintenance service, great professionalism and a generally great man.

I am highly disappointed in Unicom with regard to their sharp practices as a way to claim my deposit. Unicom does not want to refund my deposit. The property manager, Karl sent pictures of other tenants room to me as a way to claim my deposit. I replied his mail four days ago, till this moment he never reverted. This shows that the agency does not have accurate records of their tenants with their respective flats. Secondly, I attempted to open a dispute on the website of My Deposit scheme, the claimed custodian of my deposit, I discovered the deposit certificate number on the deposit certificate sent to me by Unicom was invalid. The deposit certificate number is supposed to start with DCP but the one on my deposit certificate starts with DPN (DPN100653419).

I have been a tenant with Unicom for 2 years and only had the best of experiences with the team. I'm writing this review this time however because, I have sadly just left them (only because I relocated), and my departure experience was so seamless. There was no hassle with the handing over of possession, they didn't make unnecessary fuss about things, they were quite helpful till the last day, and most importantly, my DEPOSIT was refunded within a week! No stress!

If you're looking for a most helpful, honest team, go to Unicom. They are a good bunch with the best of bosses, Simon! What an amazing Landlord.

There's no doubt Unicom Property is one of the best in the UK. The process of obtaining my student accommodation was seamless, thanks to the relentless efforts of Mr. Godson who made it so easy for me. I will recommend Unicom Property to prospective students.
