Reported a repair about my front door and microwave and Graham came to fix the issue first thing the next morning. Did an excellent job with the door and assured me that the microwave with be changed.

Graham was over at my place within ten minutes of me submitting a request after getting locked out of my apartment by mistake. Thanks for your help with the lock Graham, I truly appreciate how promptly you sorted out the problem. Cheers!

I had a bad floor, stiff door and a blocked toilet at other time....and in this 2 occasions Graham came to the the rescue. Thanks for an amazing job well done.

The shower maintenance work done by Graham was very perfect. He was so friendly and his service was good.

The rent has been paid and your benefits are not correct. In addition, the microwave was delivered at the end of the stay. You are liars in addition to crooks.

I should be giving UNICOM 15🌟 for their efficient and effective responses to every call I have made since moving into their property. I can't imagine how lucky I am to be living in one of their properties and will continue doing that until I leave Hull. To the amazing staff who make every effort to ensure our stay is comfortable, I cannot thank you enough. I want to give a great big shout out to Alex and Graham who responded to my request today and sorted it out within minutes 👍. I lodged a complaint about my room key getting missing so I needed my door lock changed and Unicom was very quick to attend to me. Graham came in less than 12 hours and sotted me out. I’m well pleased with his service

I complained about slow internet connection in the house on the repair website and immediately the job was assigned to an official to fix the issue, the official kept in touch with the process involved till the point of fixing the next day. Kudos to Godson and Alex for the swift response.

What made my experience great renting with Unicom property is their ease of rent policies. I rented my first ever UK accommodation as an international student even while I was still in my home country. And when I finished my studies and started working full time, Unicom through their ease of rent policy migrated me to another good accommodation that best suits my status. No long process unlike several other letting agencies and they really made my settling down into the UK hassle free plus they give out the best student friendly accommodation with all the necessary amenities that provides comfort at fair price.
