Good communication and service
Communication was very good - I ordered a hard to find item while the sellers were on holiday. They offered a discount for the delay in the banners announcing the holiday.
The item arrived promptly after their return. When the item arrived the box had been damaged by the courier, I was concerned the item was damaged but could not check until after it was given as a gift. I reported this and they got back to me really quickly advising if there was damage to let them know. The item was fine, very happy with the service.
