Brilliant and trustworthy. I was skeptical at first when buying an expensive doll from this site however the doll came brilliant, box in perfect condition, no faults and it even came almost a month early

Not a very good company, Poor service ,i ordered a couple of items only for them to "Go on Holiday" and not be back for almost 2 weeks even though i ordered the items 2 weeks before so waiting a month for items is seriously Out of Line for any business.
If you gotta make an excuse like "Going on Holiday" because you cannot get the item, Just tell the customer your having trouble and they can work something out.

WOULD NOT recommend this place at all, seriously a Huge Let down.

typically i wouldn't buy internationally due to slow shipping and other complications. however, my package arrived in less than a week in perfect conditions, could not be happier with it.

Your web was easy to manage but us I live outside uk I still waiting for the items so I cannot give you a better rate. As soon I receive it will review the rating to give you the fifth star that you deserve if all items arrived in good condition.

Post office took a long time to deliver which in return made us think it was lost. They kindly decided to send us out a new product immediately.

Tracking of shipments could be improved.
On the mobile app if using Royal mail would suggest simply giving an estimated delivery date rather than trying to mimic Amazon like tracking.
App still shows my parcel 18 miles away even thou it has been delivered?

We were at first a little hesitant (as we always are with smaller shops), however the fact they accept payment via PayPal really put our minds at ease. Would highly recommend as their customer service is also brilliant.
