Unidragon Reviews

My Gentle Lynx is such a beautiful puzzle! The detail in the painting and the cut of the pieces, the many shaped, themed pieces and how they fit into the puzzle, it was a very enjoyable, compelling piece of work. I would absolutely hang the finished piece on my wall. Looking forward to more Unidragon puzzles. I suggest King Size or bigger -- mine was a King and I imagine anything smaller would be rather challenging to work with.

We just keep coming back for more! The puzzles are challenging, beautiful, vibrant, and intricately crafted. From small puzzles for our children to larger, more complex ones, we often find ourselves crowded around the table together trying to solve!

Beautifully made puzzle, I just wish it was harder

The puzzles and the boxes they come in are a work of art. Complicated, vivid color and irregularly shaped to be more challenging. I didn’t have one piece of the puzzle and they immediately sent it to me. I ordered 3 of the mandala puzzles in the three different sizes. There puzzle saver is worth it too because it is clear so you won’t have a white background showing from behind your puzzle if you choose to hang it.

I am so addicted. I have purchased 4 wooden puzzles from unidragon already. Great quality.

I bought the dragon and the butterfly puzzles for my wife. She normally does a 1000 piece normal jigsaw puzzle in a few hours. The dragon took her two days to complete. She loved it. All the different shapes and cuts of the pieces. The quality of the puzzle we framed the dragon puzzle. She liked it so much. She ordered two for our daughter. I was very pleased with the ease of ordering. Was deliver two days earlier the expected. The wooden box it is packaged in is a nice little bonus. We will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Some for her and some for gifts.

I received my puzzle as a gift and absolutely loved it. The quality of the pieces is unsurpassed. The colors are vibrant. I love it and am going to put it up on my wall as well as order some more. Love Unidragon!!

I gave this wooden puzzle to my mother for her 89 birthday. She already have a few wooden puzzles in beautiful colors and with special pieces.
She is already looking forward to the next one.

I got a puzzle as a Christmas gift and loved it. Bought one for a friend for their birthday and it arrived in only a few days…to Australia! Very impressed by the quality and speedy delivery.

A puzzle is a puzzle is a puzzle. Right? No! Not if its a Unidragon puzzle. These puzzle the the Bees-knees. The be all, end all, of superior puzzles, imho.

The quality and detail hits you right up front. not a cheapie carboard box. But a premium box to hold your puzzle. From there, the stands that hold the box top up to examine.

Then you get to the puzzle themselve. premium laser cut (have to be I would imagine) pieces. Very unique shaped. Vivid and vibrant colors. And if you want complexity, move away from the rectangle puzzles. Where just getting outside edge itself is hard.

On top of all that, they are innovative, as you can see with their Quezzle (kickstarter) puzzle series. Its like a Where's Waldo left of awesomeness to them.

We've got a few puzzles already. Will get more, and get them for gifts for those puzzle lovers we know.

We have purchased 4 of the animal puzzles and love doing them. We also framed them and they look great!

My family’s favourite puzzles. We love that they are so different. The beautiful wooden construction is so sturdy and the unique piece shapes adds another level of interest to a jigsaw family. My kids are teenagers and have loved doing these puzzles.

Great puzzle, really enjoyed it. We got the panda A4 size and it was just the perfect present for my partner. We then did it together and took about 3/4 hours to do. Great date night idea!! Definitely recommend

I love the unidragon puzzles. I have never had any missing pieces surprisingly. The first puzzle I received as a gift and I bought a few more and then others as gifts. So 8 puzzles in total. A few puzzles took some time but I was warned about this however they now have a local office. One puzzle purchased from Amazon did not come in the beautiful box so purchase from unidragon direct. Not many pieces but the colours and totally irregular shapes present an excellent challenge. I purchased a puzzle for my daughter who didn’t stop and completed it in 4 hours and she’s a gamer. I have been using puzzle glue and have just used blue tack to stick the puzzles onto the wall in my study. They look stunning

My favorite puzzle company of all time! Been a puzzler for 40 years. I'm sold on Unidragon. Challenging, fun, beautiful images. It's easy to spend 5 minutes, or 5 hours on these gorgeous pieces of art. Keep the new puzzles coming.....PLEASE!!!

I love Unidragon's puzzles and continue ordering from them even with the issues I've encountered.
I eventually always got my puzzles even if it took a while, so I really recommend them.

You should be aware that their shipment can be problematic but they do address issues if you email them at their care email. Still, I recommend buying their puzzles from Amazon if you can.

Unidragon - I'm writing this here to communicate to you because I see that you are responding to reviews. I don't think support emails are escalated well enough.
The last package I ordered arrived with 12 pieces out of the 350, even missing the lid. The package is flimsy and there's a hole in it to see the name of the puzzle - but pieces can fall through it.
The packages arrive with the plastic tapes cut - I assume by customs. the Mandala ones arrived broken as well. I believe customs break it when they try to see what's inside - there should maybe be some internal package so the pieces don't fall out.
Even though the price of shipping is twice as much as Amazon's, they seem to ship with the cheapest FedEx fare, causing the package to get delayed again and again (last one took over 5 weeks), and probably contributing to the banged up shape the package sometimes arrives in.
Their shipper doesn't use the same shipment code as the one on their website, so it's impossible to track the package and they also make mistakes in the address (mine almost always get to the wrong city).

I love your puzzles and really hope your shipments get better - your reviews here are either 1 or 5 based on whether people are praising the puzzle or complaining about shipment.

Unidragon seems to be a quirky little company, but their product, its quality and presentation, is excellent. Ordering online from them during the Christmas shopping season was simple and easy, and the shipment arrived fast and on time. The puzzle itself is beautiful, with perfectly cut pieces, and gorgeous artwork. Building it can be challenging, but not impossible, and is especially fun and enjoyable when done with a loved one. I've purchased and built two already, and am looking forward to many more.

I received three Unidragon puzzles for Christmas and they were awesome! I love the challenge of putting them together and some of the unique shapes of the pieces. I really loved the fact they have mounting kits and seeing the back side of the puzzle with the graphics was a cool surprise. I’ll definitely be getting more.

Run away! Never order from these asses! I ordered my gift so that it would be here for Christmas, it's the 16th of January and still nothing, their customer service is the worst, you write a detailed situation and they will respond with "do that" or "OK" or "do the work yourself"! This is absolutely outrageous, the right to sell for such sellers should be taken away from them, they don't deserve to make money when they put the customers after anything else! Be wary as they guarantee an awful load of services that they actually won't offer!
I haven't even received a detailed invoice of what I bought! There's no track whatsoever that I bought something from them! Certainly on purpose so we can't do anything when, like so many other people, we don't get what we ordered.
I could only advice you to boycott such a terrible company.

Excellent quality, bright colors and perfect joints. it is a pleasure to put together these puzzles and all the ones I have purchased continue to make my days fun. The product is really great!
