Unidragon Reviews

I ordered 3 puzzles the 27th november.
2 weeks later, still nothing, i wrote to the customer service and tried online, no answer.
1 week later, i spammed their email box, finally got an answer, i asked for a refund, and had to confirm after they replied to me, they said ok.
5days later, still no refund, i wrote them again (it's allready the 4/5th email), and ask about the refund, they said i have to wait 1 week (1 week for a refund ?!!! I'm more and more pissed and disillusioned...)
3 weeks later, today (6weeks after the order) i wrote to them about the refund, they repplied to me they sent the package (why ???) and it was delievered, to who ? I don't know, where ? In a city where i don't even live !
I don't know if they are trolling me, if i will get back my +120€, or if this is a scam, not a single thing was done correctly by this company... Run away !

Placed (and paid!) my order on the 26th November 2021 as a christmas present. As my order was really late I tried to contact customer support - no response (per mail) or only that it will "arrive before christmas" (per live chat), but no status updates, tracking link or whatsoever. While I indeed got a puzzle on the 22nd December, it was a wrong design that I didn't order. Customer support immediately promised to send me the correct puzzle, however, I've still not received it on the 13th January 2022, and now I don't even get any response in the live chat.

I'll post an update should I finally receive the correct puzzle - but right now I would absolutely not recommend to buy anything from Unidragon.

I bought the Eternal Elephant puzzle as a gift for my partner. It arrived quickly but had to sit until Christmas for unwrapping. Upon unwrapping, my partner was absolutely stunned with everything about the puzzle from the packaging to the craftsmanship within the pieces itself. Also the intricacies of both the painted artwork as well as the cut-out shapes of the puzzles actually caused a positive emotional reaction. It was without a doubt a huge hit and the best puzzle we have in the house. We will be buying more

I purchased 2 medium sized puzzles as gifts. The product was delivered quickly and well packaged. The quality is excellent and the gifts were extremely appreciated. What a unique product that will last for years and the memories forever.

I got this for my partner for a Christmas present. We really enjoyed making it. I posted it on FB and a friend bought 3 for himself. Very well-made and beautiful puzzle.

I,ve ordered 3 puzzles on december 3th. I was worried about beeing a scam because they never arrived for holidays (as I,ve posted here) But, nevertheles, they finally arrived one month later and they are great.
Simple, is absolutely false than they can delivery fast. They cannot. They puzzles are amazing.

We bought the shiny fish. It is a high quality puzzle that also comes in a beautiful box. The puzzle is challenging, as all the pieces have very unusual shapes, but the attention to detail is just impressive. The fish puzzle has pieces in call kinds of fish and water animal shapes.
The finished puzzle is a piece of art that's worth hanging on the wall

I have ordered from them the second time, this time a small owl and a small fox.
I ordered directly from unidragon.eu, package arrived to Hungary in a week.
Once again, everything was fine. The boxes and the puzzles are undamaged, there are no missing pieces. The quality is good and the design is the best among these type of puzzles.

I see from other reviews, that they have their problems, but I can not complain about anything so far.

Got a S sized lovely tiger for christmas, and even if i'm not heavy into puzzles, this was fun from start to finish! 5/5 would recomend.

puzzles are amazing, worth 5 stars. but the customer service, disponibility and shipping are worst ever!!!
Placed and order on november 26th and received on december 30th. when i placed an order it did not say that one puzzle was not currently available. when they wrote to me they said tha one puzzle will be availble for shipping on dec 9th. the date passed and sent another/many emails. they allwyas say another couple of days and not to worry will receive it before xmas. they send me the shipping info after i recevied the package!!! it is not the time it took that annoies me but the lies of the emails!!!! tell me straight foward the problamtics of the order and give me the option to cancel my order if you cannot garantee on time delivery like you specify on the website!!!

These puzzles are beautiful and crafted with quality. We ordered the largest one so it would take some time and be challenging for us and it was! Each piece is uniquely crafted into animals and plant shapes. When you flip it over the blank wooden side the piece is etched with the picture of whatever it is. We ordered them for three Christmas gifts and everyone was thrilled. The delivery was within a week to Canada and ordered just 10 days before Christmas during the Covid overload. So impressed.

I ordered the royal size Butterfly. I received the package in 3 days in perfect condition. As a person who has been putting together puzzles constantly for the past 25 years I can say the quality of this puzzle is absolutely impecable. Perfect piece cutting and jointing. The puzzle was challenging but very enjoyable. I will definitely order again.

Great puzzles. It took a while to be delivered but it was definately worth the wait. Puzzles are colourfull, beautiful and interesting. Thank you Unidragon!!

It took over a month to receive our order which was meant for our Christmas gifts, so that was a disappointment but the minute we opened our packaged wooden puzzles we were amazed by the quality of the product, the amazing colours, wood cut into such a variety of animals , shapes and objects...they seem to know what a good puzzle is all about , there cuts and details are pro and have thought of this through, even including a frame with the puzzle. The packaging is also outstanding!. The mandala and lion ones are just amazing. Worth the wait and we plan to frame the puzzles as deco but unidragon you need to sort this out, it's a shame dissatisfying customers, not responding, having such long waits and uncertainty...top stars for the puzzles, poor ratings for delivery and customer care.

The reviews you read are true about shipping and customer service.

I'm still waiting on my puzzle after almost 2 months now, with no update on shipping status. Only gave 2 stars in hopes the puzzle actually arrives.

Bought large mandala as a xmas gift for my 84 yo mother, puzzle afficiando. She loved it and finished in two short sessions, and one marathon session. She did complain that the pieces were a bit on the small size, but the thickness was nice.

Bought 2 puzzles, they arrived in a week or so. No missing pieces, great packaging and a very beautiful design. Definitely recommend it!

Love this puzzle, it was excellent. I bought it for my wife and she loved it. Quality craftsmanship and well made. Well worth the price

Bought the whole quezzle and we loved it! More interesting than usual puzzle and the images are really great. Our 5yo daughter was able to assemble with us. We plan to put it on wall as a picture.

I ordered the whales puzzle as a gift for a family member, who is delighted with it. I was sceptical at first after seeing ads during Christmas sales but I was pleasantly surprised with this find. The designs are just as pretty as they appear on the website, the pieces are cleanly cut & well manufactured. Shipping was prompt, in fact it arrived much sooner than predicted, and in fine shape. (Located in Canada.)

The puzzle comes in a sturdy box with the finished design on the lid. Vibrant colours, distinctive shapes, and clearly printed details on the pieces are well rendered in my opinion. I got a smaller size and consider it a good level of difficulty, not difficult but still challenging enough to be interesting, but I can't speak for larger sizes.

The pieces are more rigid than pasteboard puzzles, so there is a slight motion / wiggle room in completed sections. Adding pieces to partially completed sections can be a bit tricky as you have to line them up perfectly. Likewise the pieces could be more a choking hazard, but as these aren't puzzles for small children it's not a significant flaw. Those are the only two drawbacks I would mention.

The designs and artwork are their own distinct style, and if you don't like the style they may just not be for you. I found that the high variety of colour made specific pieces easier to find (without using the image as a guide) along with the unique shapes of pieces.

Overall 5/5. Excellent service, good quality, lovely designs, & will buy again.
