Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 29 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently experience severe delays, and many packages never arrive, with delivery attempts often being reported as made when they were not. Consumers often find that their shipments are carelessly left in insecure public spaces or delivered to completely incorrect locations. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer support, explaining that virtual assistants and unhelpful staff made resolving issues impossible. Reviewers also noted that reaching a real person by phone or getting prompt, meaningful responses to tracking inquiries proved extremely difficult. Buyers frequently feel completely ignored when trying to fix delivery mistakes through the provided communication channels.

They delivered my package to the wrong address in the wrong towna…

I was waiting for a delivery for over a week. The tracking number wasn't tracking, then I got a email from Uni express that my package was delivered. They had a picture of a house other than mine. Different yard, and it happened to be the next town over. Their GPS picture showed my address, but without the town to be delivered. So the house they supposedly dropped the package off is not even the same number as mine, it's in the wrong town, and I went to the house that it was supposedly dropped off at, and they don't even have the package.I agree with another review I just read. That I have never met a more incompetent company, from tracking to delivery, to customer service.
It took me one hour on the phone to wait to speak with someone, I emailed them and said that I never received the package, they said that we will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime, they wanted pictures of my house, I told them they have pictures and it's the wrong picture wrong location wrong town. Completely fruitless and useless conversations trying to resolve my issue. Bottom line is I do not have my package that I've been waiting for for two weeks, and this company doesn't even care or respond promptly courteously or caringly a complete waste of my time energy and patience. How and why a company like this survives is beyond me, but just be aware that if you see anything being delivered from Uni express, beware and be prepared for a nightmare.

I would give them 0 stars if possible

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I got an email on december 5th saying my package was being returned because there was a failed delivery on November 18th. No one contacted me, no idea why it was a failed deliver. Called them, they had no idea where the package was, they said they dropped it off at canada post to deliver. WelI I work at canada post and we other delivery companies can't just drop off packages they dont want to deliver lol so they get paid and then drop it off at s another courier to do the job? Clearly that was a lie. In the end they have no idea where my package is. Takes hours to get through to support and there no help at all. Company is clearly a scam or there just brutal.

Would have been faster to walk myself

Every single person employed at this company is useless, from delivery to the support team. I've never seen so many people at one company this incompetent. How this company is still in business is completely wild to me. I will specifically be avoiding any businesses that ship through this "delivery" service.

I would not rate this experience

I would not rate this experience. The driver took false photos of the package delivery. I needed to change the delivery address and that was impossible. I could not start a ticket, I emailed and when I finally got through on the phone they had no record of my tracking number. Back to the false photos, I went to the delivery address as soon on as it was delivered and no package, I spoke to the tenants next door where he took a photo of it being left and they said he decided not to leave it. I know them and they would not lie. I’ll be checking who companies use for delivery and won’t support them if it’s Uni.

Uniexpress is a liability for small businesses

If I could give a zero, I would. My Uniexpress courier left $120 worth of machine parts out on a busy street in front of my building, and did not even call me to notify me of the delivery despite that my phone number was WRITTEN ON THE PACKAGE LABEL.

I also received no email notification. So, I got no notification whatsoever that my package was sitting on a busy urban street while I was out of the house.

Who are these people? Who are they hiring, and how are they being trained?

When I realized that my package had been stolen, I called Uniexpress' customer service number and after 40 minutes on hold was told that the courier hadn't phoned me because I had not provided any "delivery instructions". I pointed out that my phone number was printed on the package itself, but the depressed, bored woman I was speaking to completely stonewalled me and refused any responsibility for this mishandled delivery, trying to blame me and the shipper instead. She had clearly heard a lot of complaints like mine and, like the delivery driver, was just punching a clock without any real interest in the company, its clients or her own professional integrity.

UNIEXPRESS IS A LIABILITY FOR ANY SMALL BUSINESS. Its delivery and support staff are lacking in both personal responsibility and basic common sense. Anyone who runs a small business should accept the higher cost of using a more professional courier service, i.e., one that at least does the minimum to ensure your shipments get to you.

With Uniexpress, you might get your package, you might not, but if you don't get it then you will certainly be left high and dry. So think twice if you are shipping anything valuable, or for that matter anything that actually needs to reach its recipient.

Their rating would be 0.3 if a 0 star review was possible

If you ask to speak to a supervisor, you may as well ask to speak to Santa Claus. When you reply to their email, they do not have an actual human read it.. AI is reading it and responding. That's how they're able to do this so cheap, and why their company is probably awful.. there's no humanity. There's no care.

NOW that that's out of the way,

I had a parcel ship from AliExpress, to a small town 2 hours away from the biggest city in my province.

Uni received the parcel on the 26th, and handed it off to Canada Post? Because I live outside of their service area (which is a change that has only been implemented since August 10th, cuz I had an order delivered to my house from them on that date).

When they submitted the package and the information to Canada Post, they sent me an email that was vague and didn't have a tracking #.. it honestly didn't even say what third party shipper they used. Usually when this happens, they are updated automatically (at least with other shippers) in the parcel tracking app I use, but not this time. I had asked for it and they told me to contact the vendor, which one would presume means they've sent the information from Canada Post to the original vendor.. I asked the vendors, daily over a 5-day period if they had any updates. They did not. AND WHY WOULD THEY. HOW WOULD THEY? Uni didn't email them, and I knew that because the app didn't update automatically like it usually does, and the vendor can't call uni because they're literally on opposite sides of the Earth.. I told them that the vendor did not have an updated tracking number several times, each and every time they replied with "contact vendor" I think everybody at that whole company is brain dead because if you were reading along here you noticed I did contact the vendors and I told them I contacted them.

By this point in all of this I have probably cried twice, because this whole process is looping it makes me feel like I am going crazy and I cannot handle it. Like I am presenting the facts. I am telling them what I am doing and that I've done what they told me to do and they just keep saying "contact vendor" after I just got done telling them I have contacted the vendor and they have no information because you have not contacted them.

I called Uni, couple times after getting frustrated trying to correspond with their AI email replier system, to literally complain about the fact that I cannot get the updated tracking number from anybody, and no one said they could do anything about it.. but on my 4th call after waiting an ungodly amount of time like usual (I suppose when a company is this god-awful at what they do, they're are going to have a very long wait time!) the support agent told me he had them????? And said they've been there since the 29th, and that anyone of the previous service agents I had talked to previously could have given them to me????

I started to cry, that's how frustrated I was. With the whole process I started to sob, and cry like a beached whale because this feels like some sort of psychological torture. I've experienced mental abuse in the past and it leaves you feeling very similar to this.

As of right now, it's September 11th (rip) and my package still hasn't been processed or picked up by Canada Post? I don't know if uni even gave it to them, because to contact customer service for Canada Post on a parcel has yet to have been processed, you need to be the sender.. when I explain this to uni uni they said no the sender is AliExpress... YEAH, THAT'S WHO IS SENDING THE ITEM TO ME ORIGINALLY BUT DID SOMEBODY FROM ALIEXPRESS SUBMIT THE ORDER FORM TO CANADA POST NO YOU DID SO YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM???? (And I have proof of who submitted the Canada Post forwarding) And they still refused. In fact they actually straight up hung up on me.

On uni's website on the homepage it lists that they are "fast and reliable... accountable" do you see any displays of accountability made by them in any of this????

Me either.

TL;DR
When good, good.
When bad, the worst.
Literally the WORST.
I cried 10-15 times overall through the last 2-3 days of trying to come to a resolve.
If your vendor ships with them: PLEASE contact them and urge them not to!!! Ask for the issue to be escalated and explain why you don't want to deal with uni.
The more horror stories the vendors hear, the more likely they'll quit having a business relationship with uni, and seek new shipping methods. And quicker that happens, we can all celebrate the downfall of this company.

Sorry, if I cussed.

These weirdos left my package on the floor of my apartment's mail room where anyone could have snatched it up, and even took a photo of their mishandling to "confirm delivery". These people suck.

Modern Day Porch Pirates

I believe Uni is simply the evolution of the “modern day porch pirate”. Instead of placing the parcel on premise and the pirate stealing it they speed up the process by stealing it before it even gets to you. Prior to all of that they create a false paper trail of delivery commitments that they have no intention of servicing. This company is nothing but a fraudulent operation designed to bilk vendors and customers who have paid for packages and the delivery and steal from them. I don’t care who thinks this company is good I can assure you 100% they are not reputable at all and have all kinds of written correspondence to prove it. Don’t use them and I would advise not purchasing from companies who use their services. I have totally negative experiences with AliExpress and lately Amazon where they are involved as well. These guys need to be GONE!

parcel was delivered to a wrong address

My parcel was delivered to a wrong address, I made a complaint with UniUni and they told me to contact Aliexpress to initiate an investigation with UniUni jointly. Aliexpress say the same, that UniUni has the blame... nobody wants the responsibility and refunding. this is TOTALY SCAM

Delivery person left my package outside…

Delivery person left my package outside overnight at the back door of my building where a sign is clearly posted to NOT leave packages there. When I arrived home the following morning, my package was nowhere to be found.
Now since my refund has been denied by the seller, the pictures taken by delivery person are no longer available in the email I received claiming proper delivery.

Worst delivery company ever.

Worst delivery company ever.
After a first attempt, they said delivery was rischeduled, then I get an email saying package was sent back to sender, then tracking said redelivered and photos show package in Florida (I provided a Massachusetts address) and then once again they said package was sent back to sender. A joke, not a delivery company!

What mailbox?

What mailbox? Saskatoon delivery guy just tosses the package onto our steps. Doesn’t ring our doorbell. Just takes a pic and bolts. He’s too lazy to put it inside our mailbox. End result is that our packages get stolen.

I wish I could rate a negative. The driver delivered my expensive stuff at the wrong address, while my parcel clearly shows my very correct address. Honestly with all these poor ratings why could Shein deliver my parcel with this company??? I just want to cry so hard. What a loss!!!

Worst delivery ever

Never had delivery person toss the package (expensive items at that) to middle of our front lawn before. Even the worst amazon drivers at least brought them to the front porch. Complained to the company and hopefully will never have to see this company again. Amazing and sad this is how this company handles our packages that are actually important.

0 rating

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. They left my package at the wrong address. Picture obviously showed wrong apartment. Building picture showed no building number. They told the company package was ordered from that I can go find it myself, nevermind that I specifically told them I am disabled and don't drive.

This delivery company is worthless. They just drop the package where it can get stolen. Dropped my package off at the club house not at my address. Had to track the package down after dark, they left several other packages there which I picked up and delivered myself
