We have investigated the issue and found that your agency had difficulties with their in-house computer system, which lead to your remits being incorrectly sent to your previous provider and not us. As a compliant PAYE umbrella payroll service, we had to wait for our recruitment agency partners to send a remit to us so we could process your payments for you.
Providing our recruitment agency partners send remittances to us at the agreed time our payroll process ensures that you are always paid on time. I am pleased to say that your recruitment agency has fully resolved these issues and your payroll should now meet your expectations. Thank you for taking the time to outline your frustration.

Unified payroll is an excellent company that i have ever work with. They pay your money on time and the expense made are clearly outline for your company to have a record of these things.
I would recommend this company to anyone who want to use an umbrella company if you are self employed.
