Good Payroll company
I have moved from Private Ltd Company to Umbrella Services
Initialy, there were teething problems. But after discussions following improvements were made:
- Taken improvements feedback on well
- Problems have been resolved; consultant was able to identify and resolve problems
- Communication improved; able to call me and offer reassurances
- Customer service much improved; now ensuring that customer (me) is kept in the loop with processes or with whats going on.

Every 2 weeks they charge £40 and if…
Every 2 weeks they charge £40 and if there is any correction made to those 2 weeks they will charge extra fee again. That's not acceptable. They should have a record of how much they charged. My recent two weeks time sheet was charged £65 which is absolutely unacceptable. I will be gladfull atleast I get my £25 pound return which was charged extra for 3/2 to 16/2.

The payments should match the job reference number for the jobs and not only the amount.
Staff unable to tell which reference number or dates are being paid.Either days or dates worked or reference numbers for the jobswill be helpful.
