As a first time parent I thought…
As a first time parent I thought uniform would be easy.. go to the store order the size thinking they would have a large amount in stock considering the amount of children that go to school each year you would think it would be an all round thing. The store tell me they don’t have (uniform direct) brand in stock so tell me my best bet is to order online. Okay fine not problem.
I go online order the size little do they let you know they also have another brand that steps in when uniform direct go out of stock. I can understand that so get the purchase turns out the step in brand makes the clothes on the small side which doesn’t help when ordering the size you need, but you don’t know that till it comes to the door. I go into the store they are not helpful they just say they don’t know when the next batch will be in. They can’t order me the correct size either as they don’t know them selves if it will be uniform direct brand or this other step in brand. You feel like pulling your hair out. There is not an option online to message for a Pacific brand or anyone to talk to. I have found this such an upsetting experience as a first time mum not being able to get my child’s uniform

Wish i hadn't of ordered online after 3 weeks and nothing. Contact support and they are rude and obnoxious like they are the customer!
Looks to me like this company has outgrown its customers and doesn't give a crap about customer service anymore. Funny when they started up they needed us now they dont.

I have placed an order 22 days ago
I have placed an order 22 days ago. 15 working days passed and no uniform. Contacted via email and responded with can take upto 14 working days which has passed. Contacted via telephone today to be told no update on order, we are busy! I understand that however I feel after 15 working days and cannot give me an update is not acceptable. Colleague suggested cancelling order! How is that helping me?! I have a child with no uniform and can only order direct with you.
My only option is to wait in hope that arrives within the next week.

Unable to walk around the shop
Unable to walk around the shop, had to be served on a 1-1 basis near the till. My child is trans, this meant for an unpleasant experience of having to ask for another gender blazer as the person serving us made an assumption.
Children are then made to try clothes on next to the till, this includes pe kits etc. this would not be expected of adults.
The whole experience was, frustrating, unpleasant and unnecessarily lengthy. I only wanted a blazer, I could have got it myself in a few minutes but had to wait half an hour to be served.

Easy to order also handy is it shows how to measure up and size the uniform needed. Price is not exhorbitant.
The website easy to use and delivery of items was quicker than I expected.
The quality and finish of the items ordered in all aspects is nothing less than first class.
