Poor experience, the rooms were extremely dirty, leaking taps commonplace and were almost never fixed. Not worth complaining as you wont get a response
It's a great student accommodation! It has great environments and living standards. The events can meet new friends which is very good. The staff are very friendly and nice. However, the internet is a... See more

And it's not hard to see why - we've been in the Student Accommodation industry for over 20 years - so we know a thing or two about students. UniLodge properties can be found in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne, Sydney Auckland and Wellington. Students wanting the company of others can choose multi-share living, while those who prefer a more independent lifestyle have the option of studio/self-contained living options.

Internet is absolutly rubbish along with heating
the noise .I can hear lots of noise of my roommates in midnight.
The Way the uni lodge environment is structures is superb with options for single living as well as 5 shares however it is clear that the building was built on a budget and minimal thought has gone into long term running of the place. OVer my year hear we have encountered multiple issues with hot water systems and electrical that are very inconvenient particularly considering the rates we pay for these services. Additionally big air is not an appropriate internet provider for a uni residence as it unreliable, and in an environment where online submission and viewing of lectures is crucial, the poor internet service becomes a huge problem. To be fair any building issues are resolved quickly when bought up with management however they should not be occurring this frequently. I also have disliked the inability to access my mail outside of receptions hours. As these do not coincide with my coming and going from the building. Furthermore residential life was not coordinated well this year at all. I felt as though I was living in an apartment as opposed to a residential college. Nothing differentiates uni lodge from standard city living. I’m sure if greater efforts are made by the events crew this could be resolved. Another huge issue is the parking, which does not cater for the huge amount of students living on campus.
Staying at uc lodge at university of Canberra was a wonderful experience. The accommodation itself was comfortable with key basic kitchen amenities provided. The staff at uc lodge took really good care and made me feel welcome and happy to be home. Only difficulty I faced was getting used to the fire alarm, when cooking as some of my friends shared that they are known to go off easily(sometimes)
Somehow made a uni res which is even lamer than cooper lodge. 1.5/10.
