The costumer service staff i spoke with was unable to enunciate properly. I ask for information concerning a item in there inventory. I spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with no answer. As with all prison industries they rip off families of incarcerated individuals.
Q I ordered a package for my son who's incarcerated at Madison correctional institution on 1-29-2026 they accepted my payment, 5 days later I get an email saying that they're canceling my order due to a previous order July 31st 2025 in the amount of $34 and some odd change long story short they double charged me for that order on July 31st of 2025 my bank disputed it and I won the dispute and they had to reimburse me the 34.95 with that being said I kept that line when ordering my most recent order because I've ordered several things and they aren't Small things the largest one being a TV for $214.00. they refuse to give me my money back and then on July 31st at 2025 I had to wait 3 months for them to reimburse me what they double charged him for and in the meantime it shut down not one but two in my bank accounts and they both went into the negative I'm very frustrated and all I want is my money back my $60.40 that shouldn't be much to ask right these people are an absolute joke they do nothing right I have ordered many things from them and no time whatsoever did my order ever come out right I just hope I can help one person for making the same mistake I did do not use this company they suck they are a scam and quite frankly you might as well just put your money in the toilet and flush it cuz you're going to fight to get it back if you get it back Amy Wieser
