Horrible quality. Purchased a set of iPad 13 case and keyboard a month ago and it took them 3 weeks to ship. When they arrived I immediately had doubts because the materials seem very fragile. The plastic cover is very thin. Lo and behold, the case cracked after 7 days of normal use. Never dropped or bumped. Then the keyboard doesn’t close all the way, there is always a crack open. The company won’t refund or provide replacement. Avoid at all costs.

Not what I ordered.
The Uniq Toronto website listed leather bags at half price in their closing-out sale. I ordered leather bags on 15 August 2024. I read the reviews listed on their website, they were all positive.
The fake leather bags were shipped from China.
Now the website is not available. I would like to return the fake leather bags for a refund

Buyer Beware!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered an $50 Apple Watch band that lasted less than 2 weeks. It fell apart in 2 places with light/normal use. Company would not exchange or refund the product, no exceptions.

The conversation with Customer Service representative was also in broken english.

This is a garbage company that will take your money. Stay Away!!!

DO NOT ORDER from Uniqprice online store! It is a scam! I ordered a Photo Booth with extra printing paper in November and never received my order. I have emailed countless times and the customer service is terrible which is why I started to think it was a scam and lo and behold - it is!!!

Completely disappointed ordered in November still waiting on order.! Will now pursue a refund 🤔

Ordered my photobooth in Nov for my goddaughter for xmas and I've never received it. Thought id order it in good time but nothing . I've tried to get intouch but had no success at all. I'm presuming this is a huge scam unless they can prove otherwise . I have confirmation of ordering which I received at the time I ordered it .

Ordered a bag as a Christmas present. I was supplied with a tracking number when it was dispatched. i checked after a few days to find it said it had been delivered but it hadn't. I contacted Uniq via social media and email to query the so called delivery, it took them over a week to reply and basically just repeated what the tracking number said. I explained again that it was wrong and hadn't been delivered at all. Anyway after another week the bag finally turned up. The bag itself was nice, i was a little disappointed with the personalisation as it wasn't on straight and looked 'tacky' but luckily was inside so not noticeable others. Anyway the stiching holding the handle on has now all come undone leaving the bag unusable after only a few months of use. I have tried yet again to contact the company (email sent 10 days ago) and heard nothing. I would avoid this company.

i love my bag but when i ordered it they forgot to but a tracking number on it and i think it got lost but with there help they sent out another one with an apology gift with it to will definitely buy from here again

The bag itself is nice and quality in design but the personalised letters are very very poorly added. For the price I paid for the bag and personalised letters I would expect a little more, it seemed they had been stuck on by a child and were not even in a straight line. It just made the bag look cheap, so I will be scraping the letters off.

Order arrived damaged, initially they responded offering a replacement, but I don’t trust the quality of the item lasting very long of original product arrived damaged, so requested a refund and have not been responded to. Quite disappointed.

Brilliant small independent business with a range of quality goods. The personalised handbag I ordered was quickly made and posted to me and I’m really happy with the gift for my fiancé.
