TAKE CARE. Gifts NO Mony back

When you buy anything in Uniqlo, for a gift, The recipient of the gift can NOT return the item and get the money back into their own account........................ I bought a shirt to give as a gift, and asked the clerk to put a gift tag on it so it could be exchanged.
The clerk put a gift certificate on it and informed me that the recipient of the gift could only exchange it for other items, otherwise the receipt should be displayed, IN ADDITION, the money for a return could ONLY be deposited into the card that was on the receipt.
So a recipient of a gift from Uniqlo can NOT return an item and get the money back into their own account. VERY bad service. You should not buy gifts there.

Horrible shop layout, very disappointing experience

Horrible shop layout, extremely crowded. A lot of sales assistants. Asked one of them of a certain colour, she checks her hand device and I follow her down the stairs only to tell me that the colour is sold out. Check out/payment is really hard to find if you visit the shop for the first time. At the counter 5 (five) people but only one is willing to help. He also looked extremely confused as of why would we like to pay at the counter instead of using self-check. Even though everyone does Xmas shoppings these days there is no Xmas packaging available. Printing return labels also takes forever. Very inexperienced staff which do no speak Danish at all and do not have the customer service mindset you would see in a classic Danish store. A very disappointing experience.

Avoid this online store

Avoid this online store. It is a scam!

After ordering online and deciding to cancel (when seeing it takes up to 10 days for a jacket to come from 500m's away) they do not allow it. You must accept the goods and send them back even straight after ordering. Wow!

Very disappointing experience at Uniqlo Fisketorvet

On April 4th, I was charged the full price for a discounted item. A staff member asked me to pay again and said I’d receive a full refund within 14 days. It’s now been almost a month — no refund, no follow-up.

I contacted the store twice. Both times they took my receipt and phone number, promised to call back, but never did.

The amount is small, but the lack of responsibility and customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from Uniqlo

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE


I returned multiple orders in one parcel, attaching with a note detailing the products returned. I contacted the customer services multiple times, they only return 1 product when the total postage is weighted at 1,000g. It is lots of money missing. Be aware of the warehouse returns. NIGHTMARE!

Problems instore and online

So the jumper I ordered was a very different colour to the one I got. I brought this to the attention of someone on webchat who could not see the difference until I sent both pictures side by side. I now have to pay for postage and beg for a refund. (I checked with trading standards, I should not have to pay for this). However, I cannot even return the item because my guest ID does not work. Meanwhile, in their shop they do not stock the jumper in all the colours or the sizes so I have no choice but to buy online - which I hate for reasons like this. Although instore is not great either. I tried to buy a pair of trousers their last month. It had no bar code. After waiting 15 minutes for this to be sorted (no apology or explanation given) I left the store without buying. I have also found out online that there are a few ethical issues as well. So, for me, not a company I will ever use again.

I have updated my review as they responded to my complaint quickly and refunded.

Does not pay refund for return

My return has been delayed for almost a month. Customer service is very poor- provide you with mismatching information and false promises. Horrible quality and sizes are not correct. Please keep away from this company - you will never get refund for your items bought online and the clothes quality is not the best.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. First of all, this must be the only store in Denmark where you can't return items puchased online. Second they steal the shipping cost from you. And lastly, it's been more than 10 days since they received my items and they still have not refunded my money.

Terrible 1st buying experience…

Terrible software and customer service hours a joke ( restricted to when I work myself) I ordered seven tshirts, two of one style that I want to return but I can only return one - complete joke but consuming my time and Im the one supporting myself. No such thing as customer service, its a bot and know how useless that is. I wish I had read the reviews here as so true!
Im now returning every item I purchased! I would have kept three if I did not have to waste my time with useless bots!!!

PS paying 19kr for a label I have to print myself is taking this review to ZERO stars.

Update: June 19th - still waiting for refund for 6 tshirts that were returned on May 26th, they were received early June…..

I received an update today 22 June, Uniqlo has given me a partial refund and Im still 596kr out of pocket for tshirts that were returned by Postnord on May 26th. I have reported this to Klarna and if the issue is not resolved I will make a formal complaint to Forbrugerombudsmanden!

Atrocious customer services .. one star just about sums it up. Honestly I will never ever use them again. 14 days it took to get told it would take another god knows how long to open a case. You choose evri that’s your issue not mine. I followed YOUR steps. I’ll never use again
