They are outright scammers. I bought a coat for €129.90 and returned it because I didn’t like how it fit at all. After waiting more than a month, they refunded me €116.90. In other words, they kept €13.

Their return policy says they charge €3 for returns, which already seems abusive to me, but I accepted it because it was “only” €3. However, when they processed the refund, they took €13 instead.

I have reported them to the Catalan Consumer Protection Agency, since this practice is completely illegal in the European Union. I had already reported Shein in the past for something similar, and they eventually refunded me the full amount.

I’ll post an update on what happens, but honestly, this is a total scam. No explanation whatsoever for the missing money. Thieves and shameless crooks. If you buy in-store, fine — but online, it’s basically a guarantee they’ll steal your money.

Placed an order on Uniqlo Spain 22/4. Tracked order stuck in limbo on 29/4 and then today 1/5 miraculously an 'attempt' was made to deliver order on 29/4 at 13h12 but failed due to 'absence'! This is a bit weird seeing as I asked the order to available for pickup at local supermarket which stays open til 21h!!! Couldn't find any means of contacting Uniqlo Spain by mel/ chat/ twitter. Ended up searching for contact for Uniqlo Europe (based in Paris) just sent off email to that address only to get a reply saying that that email couldn't be sent as the mailbox is full!! What are clients meant to do??

UPDATE: 13H25 Managed to find online form buried at bottom of promotional email (definitely not visible near order information). I've received a swift reply informing me that 'normally' my order should be delivered by/up to 3/5/ so will wait and see.. If after the next 48 hours I still have no news I have to contact them again. Impressed that someone is working on 'Workers Day' today! Will see what happens on 3/5!

UPDATE 2/5/2023 : I've had constant email contact with customer service (gracias Carlos) and was kept informed of what was going on. Have received confirmation both via email and sms from Uniqlo and Correos that order is ready for delivery at pickup. Have reviewed my experience to take this into account.
