Very dissapointing
I think the IDCore could be a good product but it is let down by numerous niggles and slow and unwilling support from unique AD. Took 3 weeks to get it going and on the final issue, very unclear outgoing voice, they told me to buy an expensive Sony microphone which I did, which did not improve the problem, and then ignored my further requests to solve the issue. I had to engineer my own solution in the end. It is as though they have very poor understanding of the product and don't really care.
