Warning, my nightmare buying plots from Unique/Primal Group in Brazil

The lowest star rating is one. It's a pity you can’t give a negative star rating. Unique Investments, now Primal Group, and their management Anthony J Archer and Andrew Goodman are the worst company I have done business with in my life.
My review is to provide the FACTS and not the FICTION of investing with Unique Investment/Primal Group USA.
My recommendation is to read my report and then ask your lawyers to search for any legal action against Unique Investments in Brazil. Then carry out extensive due diligence on Unique Investments
ADVERTISED
LOW INVESTMENT AMOUNT - STARTING AT 35,000 US$2 HECTARE - 4.94 ACRES - 20.000 m² FREEHOLD PLOTSESTIMATED RETURNS OF 57% PER ANNUM BUY BACK OPTION TO INVESTORS 20% PER ANNUM GUARANTEED RETURNS.
The Project has been designed to allow foreigners to invest in the coconut industry and to own an ultra-modern coconut plantation FREEHOLD plot.
The investment structure has been designed with maximum security in mind, and works as follows: Per 2 hectare (20.000 m² plot), 500 new coconut trees, drip irrigation, and crop care are included. Each plot is FREEHOLD with an individual title deed. Guaranteed buy-back option after 60 months at 20% per annum on investment amount Estimated returns of 57% per annum for up to 60 years if the investor chooses not to take the Buy Back option.
Advertised. Annual income from year 3.
FACT. Almost 13 years later or less depending on the time of investment, ZERO returns. The only people to have seen any return are Anthony J Archer and Andrew Goodman. Investors have been asked to pay extra monies first for the crop fees and later a second request for money. So rather than paying income to investors, most investors have been asked for extra money.
FACT. No water permits had been obtained. Instead of planting coconuts in 6 months as stated in the contract. Coconuts were planted after 5 years. Lots of investors were forced to change from their original investment in coconuts to neem since water permits were not available. This caused more delays and these investors to date have not seen any returns or any income from their investment.
Reasons to Invest in FLG - Brazil
1) Estimated returns of at least 57% from harvest per annum1) Guaranteed 20% per annum buyback offer.
FACT. ZERO returns. Investors have been asked twice to pay extra money.
2) Instant equity as developed coconut plantations are currently selling for 42,500 US$ per hectare. I doubt any investor will see any returns from these investments. Twice Unique has asked investors for extra money,
3) Plots are FREEHOLD not leasehold like many other farmland investments on the market. After several years, in some cases, 7 years, Anthony J Archer informed that foreign investors could not own land and pushed forward his solution of shares. The shares gave Unique/Primal Group- owned by Anthony J Archer and Andrew J Goodman a 30 % share of investors' original investment. When investors objected and asked for actual proof that Anthony J Archer and Andrew J Goodman had invested 30 % of the total value of the project. Anthony J Arch refused to provide this proof and said they had worked hard on the project. Investors then got given an extremely short time to decide before the transfer/exchange took place.
4) Income-generating, hands-free investment.
FACT. No income to date. Hands-free investment is pure fiction. Since I refused to switch to the shares transfer and giving Unique/Primal Group my two plots have been abandoned. Anthony J Archer via his Brazilian lawyer has come up with a long list of demands that will be costly for me to implement.
FACT. HANDS FREE INVESTMENT is pure fiction. Our land has been abandoned since we refused to sign up for the shares transfer giving Unique/Primal Group a 30% share. Now we have to find a Farm Management company to look after our land. Due to only having 4 hectares this is proving impossible. On top of this, we are faced with drilling a water well and installing water pumps, solar panels, or a generator. Plus, the long list of demands from their lawyer.
HANDS-FREE INVESTMENT
Anthony J Archer has made life difficult for any investor including myself that refused to transfer shares and give Unique/Primal Group a 30 % cut.
Sold a dream, that turned into NIGHTMARE.
